happy friday everyone! you made it through the week! I started my friday off with frenchtoast friday!! a delicious blueberry peach french toast bake😍🍑🍞❤️
recipe: preheat oven to 375 and spray or coat an oven safe single serving dish with coconut oil. in a bowl combine 1/2 cup almond milk, 1/4 cup oats and unsweetened applesauce, 1 tsp honey and nut butter of choice (I used @dontgonuts simply cinnamon spread), dash of cinnamon and vanilla extract. combine and then add 2 pieces of cubed @foodforlifebaking ezekial 4:9 100% sprouted whole grain bread. I also added blueberries and half a cut up peach, gently combine all the ingredients. add more milk if too dry. transfer it to your dish and top with cinnamon! cook for about 20-30 minutes or until slightly brown on top. I put mine in a bowl and added plain yogurt, blueberries and peaches, drizzle of maple syrup and dash of cinnamon!!
