Am home alone this weekend and having a quiet Saturday night in. Score! Time for blue cheese!! 🧀🧀 (My partner hates it). A lot of my clients who live alone often find themselves grabbing takeaway 🍕🌭🍔🍟, frozen foods or eating out 🍷🍽. Food prep for one can be a struggle for some but remember you're worth good food.
Keep it simple and add a couple of highlight ingredients at each meal to provide variety to your diet and to maintain interest in cooking for yourself.
