The first spontanious Mandala Workshop behind us and as all of the participants agreed, we are going to meet on regular, weekly base EVERY FRIDAY AT 8.30 PM, IN RESTAURANT SOCIAL GRILL BOSCOMBE
I hope to see all of you who came last week, and please - bring more people with you! :) The workshop is free of charge, however you might like to prepare a few, esential stuff, which are:
- pencil ( something beetween H, H3 to HB - not too soft and too dark )
- pencil sharpener
- ruler ( 10-15 cm long )
- black ink pen ( beetween 0,1 to 0,3 mm tip )
- colour pencils or pens, or both :)
- schetching notbook
If you are not able to bring some of above, don't worry - we will manage that, for sure.
The last, but the most important, please don't forget to bring with you: curiosity, enthusiasm, a lot of creativity and bunch of positive energy <3 ;) If you would like to find out a little bit more about me and my art, you can find me on: - Instagram https://www.instagram.com/mandalakrimi/ - Facbook https://www.facebook.com/mandalakrimi/ - You Tube https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCCfxI78T1DEiVz-ms8WoheQ?view_as=subscriber
WHO AM I AND WHY MANDALAS:
My name is Małgosia or you can call me Mao ;) I'm a Polish girl who started mandala art completely by accident or I maybe should say - cause of my depression which I experienced about 3 years ago. Drawing and painting mandalas had been helping me to unwind and unravel my mind for a long time and still has :) It's a great form of meditation,as many say, and a lot of fun! :)
I belive that all of us have that big creative potential within us and it's just waiting to be expressed and put in some form.
We came here to create and experience, so let's do so!
I'm looking forward to see you !
"Serenity" -That feeling when you had a stressful day but you feel so so much better after finishing a Zendala.. Complexity may seem hard at times but as you apply focus and a different angle of thought, everything seems so free. Just remembering this mantra as you draw.... "One stroke at a time."
Trying out different techniques for this #inktober#zendala . The base is a 2/3 colour tone Watercolour base, black zendala lines and white ink detail background. Any thoughts?
Woot woot!!! Workshop ALERT! 💥
I have planned another fun filled MANDALA WORKSHOP on 5th November. @themusings.in 😊
DM me for registration and further details! Limited seats. So kindly confirm participation ASAP! 😊😊
A couple grayscale overlays ☆ Hidden shapes coming tomorrow ☆ This pattern is further demonstration of the versatile nature of the 12 pointed star (located in the center of the pattern). If you have been following along with my posts, then you know that 12 contains multiples of 3 (triangle / hexagram) and 4 (square / octagon) - which is why a pattern based around twelve can be tiled in both a square or hexagonal grid ☆ Created using six, eight, and twelve pointed stars, with some nifty imperfect pentagrams in the center, as well as hexagons and squares ☆
