Do you have a favourite #waltdisneyworld resort? Mine change over the years, but currently I have to say that Disney's #BoardwalkInn is my fave! Love the themeing, the refurbished rooms, the Boardwalk filled with entertainment outside the resort, and it's location, location, location! #wdw#wdwresort#travel#deluxe#disney
#foodiefriday The newest character meal at #waltdisneyworld , the Bon Voyage Adventure Breakfast at Trattoria al Forno, is probably one of the best breakfasts we have eaten as far as the quality of food. You get a frying pan full of unique pastries then get to chose from a prix fixe menu for your meal. I had the Royal Breakfast, which was their take on steak and eggs (so yummy). The character interaction (smolder-alert!) was fantastic as well. The one major drawback from this meal is that it is outside the parks on the Boardwalk so it takes some extra transportation to get there if you are not staying at BoardWalk Inn. Our experience was very slow service and we waited a good 30-40 minutes before we even sat down (with advanced dining reservations). So I suggest this meal for your final 'Bon Voyage' meal on a non-park day so you can relax and not worry. And if you have to wait, there is a cart full of merchandise in the lobby, so budget in a Pascal or Sebastian to adopt!
Game changer for my foodie 💓 did you know in room dining at the boardwalk comes from the surrounding restaurants? Pizza from trattoria, fish from flying fish etc? We are talking about some primo room service! (private dining) apparently the lounge hot dishes are to give you a taste of the private dining. Tonight we have mako (don't be afraid of shark- the flavor and texture is somewhere in between mahi and swordfish but can be high in Mercury). Steak and potatoes. And in the cute spoon, soy marinated Tuna.
