What an AWSOME day it was yesterday! You would have heard and seen some of these thoughts and pix that I was tagged in but on a personal level I just wanted to post this to those that stood with me. First of all big thank you to my babies and Celeste Tinsley who have endured my ups and downs through my training. My sacrifices i make affect you as much as myself and for that im so grateful, yous have my heart thank you for your support and encouragement love yous so much.
Big shout out to David Tardiani who traveled from Ingham with his family to help me backstage. What a bloke!
A friendship built through our passion of bodybuilding that i know will last forever. Thank you to you and family bro.

Do you find it hard to set a goal and stick to the deadline?💪🏃🏼♀️
Events are a great way to set a goal and a deadline. Find an event (such as a 5km walk/run) and give yourself weekly, smaller goals between now and the date to work towards your BIG goal! For example a 5km run in 10 weeks time. If you're a beginner, focus your training on running or walking 1km for the first week and every week, increase by 0.5km or 1km. You'll get fitter, build endurance and work your way closer to your goal! #olympiatransformations
Most people who have not shared a cheat night with me think I never have treats. I am obsessed with my health and fitness but I still love chocolate 🍫 just like any girl!!! I restrict treats to one night a week which works well for me. I can be strong through the week as I know Saturday night I can have whatever I want. Avoiding junk food has mental health benefits also. Another tool in my arsenal of recovery from depression is controlling my blood sugar levels which in turn supports mood stability. 🍫🍰🍦🍩🍪
In order to be a successful competitor you ABSOLUTELY CAN NOT TAKE STEPS BACK!! There needs to be constant progression. Some people call it the “off-season”; I like to call it the IMPROVEMENT SEASON. I don’t believe in the word OFF.
