Around 15 weeks left to try and beat the look I had last July. These are a few pictures I had posted from around the time of the show I did, including some from the week or two prior, the weeks following, and a couple stage pics. I had no experience, and no coach, and I depleted way too much during prep, did too much cardio, and lost a lot of muscle by the time the show came around. On top of that, I didn't really know much about posing. My plan is do a couple small shows this spring for experience/fun, and then one or two bigger ones this summer. I'll be starting prep a little bigger, prepping smarter, and have my posing down this time, so am hoping for some big improvements. The plan is to be on stage around 15-20 pounds bigger than last time, with a lot better routine and stage presence.
