A few movements sped up from today's workout 🤓
This gym doesn't have 10lb dumbbells for some reason (or maybe they're just always in use when I need them), so I've been using 10lb plates for lateral raises instead -- something to try if you find yourself in a similar situation. I also make it a point to lead with my elbows since it can be easy to just fling the plates up.
8 months since my injury. Have to power through a lot pull ups to regain my normal strength. It was a depressing set back and will make my growth cycle more challenging than usual but that mental challenge builds character along with strength.
