So glad I finally made chia seed pudding! Holy moly is it delicious. Threw some raspberries on top and had a very filling lunch in between classes today. I have a feeling this will become a go to staple in my life.
Sigh. Today is my 5th (re)birthday.

Lots of thoughts...lots of emotions looking at that pic.
First, the day it was taken, people said "you don't even look like that!" That very day! But that moment, from that angle...that is exactly what I looked like.
I was a powerlifter. Big. Strong. Powerful. But fat. I didn't realize just how fat. That's 50 lbs of difference, there.
I still remember friends that told me I'll never keep it off. I made too big a change, too quickly. It won't last. Fuck you. Fuck you everyday. We aren't friends any longer. That's just a way people will show you they don't want you to be successful. You become a reflection of their complacency. You're a constant reminder they have shortcomings. I choose to show my kids what they can do if they have commitment and passion. It doesn't have to be a physical endeavor. I just want to show them what's possible. This is why I have this page. I fill it with every one of my workouts at no cost. The cost is the effort you'll give. I hate that pic on the left. But, hopefully, someone is motivated to start their journey today, and hopefully is inspired to continue on their path to be better.

LUNCH: Broke my fast at 18:48 and had this quick lunch before moving on to other things. We have a family gathering tonight, and I hear there will be grilled chicken and salad there, but I taking snacks just in case.
Can't tell if I've actually made progress or if my posture is just better in the pictures on the right 😂 at least working out has made me FEEL stronger and leaner 😆💪🏼 (let's also note that in three weeks I changed shades completely...🤷🏻♀️) #facetofacefriday
Made my first batch of blondies last night! You guys soooo good. Super light and satisfying it was just what I needed for my sweet tooth craving. Adam also gave them a thumbs up! And Easton.. well if you saw my insta story I couldn't keep his little baby hands out of it haha I melted a @choczero square and a little bit of crunchy peanut butter and drizzled it on top🤤 I definitely recommend heading over to @gooddeesmix to snag you some to try❤️
BREAKFAST: I’m continuing with IF this morning (I talked about it in my stories last night), but I woke with a headache that I can’t shake. I’m not hungry, but a headache has been a sign for me that my electrolytes are off. I’m going to my trusty bone broth with a little butter added in and a Powerade zero after my coffee. This almost always knocks out the headache for me.
