So yesterday was a very successful push Day. Got 115’s on incline press for almost 6. Not bad for being in a cut.

If you become so BORED to death with what you’re doing that it’s beginning to hurt your motivation to train, then it’s TIME TO CHANGE something to bring your interest / desire / motivation back. You can perform this BACK EXERCISE for this purpose!

Now, I haven't hit those two muscle groups on the same day in a long time, and it was murder. I caught a bicep cramp carrying eggs after it! They're both pull kinds of workouts, so you only need to hit a couple of bicep specific exercises bc they're a smaller muscle group, and you'll be hitting them as the secondary muscle group in your back exercises. Barbell rows are one of my absolute favorites bc I feel the most raw power in this movement.
Just make sure you have your knees bent and your back straight and pull the bar towards your stomach. Sounds simple, but it's incredibly effective in lat development.

You don’t get results by quitting on yourself!
Never in a million years I thought I could achieve body definition, but I quit on myself plenty on times.
I have learned to wake up when I have to, show up when I’m supposed to, do the work that’s given to me, and I have push myself to see results.
The road is not often the easiest but it has been certainly worth it!
Good things happen when you welcome them with good attitude and an open mind!
