What do you do to keep yourself accountable? 
I was always told if I can't be measured then it can't be improved. Well there's exceptions but what CAN be measured CAN be improved. 
The biggest factor of a trainer or a coach or a therapist of any kind is that they provide accountability. This single variable is the most impactful as it provides a subconscious seed to be planted that every action that one takes will harvest at some point. This will influence the harvest in a subtle enough manner to positively impact one's goals. 
Something that I do with all of my clients amongst blood work for micronutrients, hormones, and food intolerances is a 10 point body fat test with skin fold calipers. 
This gives a baseline understanding of fat storages genetically as well as, hormonally influenced points, by food. 
I try to spend as much time around the people that keep me accountable for my strength in the gym, perseverance, food intake, business and work growth and in general with my awareness, emotional control and communication.

So done my target of putting weight on couple weeks ago was around 65.5kg now at 68kg bang on which is good gone up 2%body fat which i can deal with still 13% ain't too bad let day done now time to cook some steak😍

I am actually obsessed with this #lunch box. Like, why? It's just a lunch box!?!? I bought a Sistema Lunch Cube Max last week and honestly, it still amazes me. There's room for everything and it takes up no room in my bag. My sandwich stays in tact (which is one of my ultimate hates in lunchboxes- shout-out to my fellow OCDers out there!) and I have three compartments.

So I would love any suggestions for lunch ideas. Right now, I eat chicken/turkey with lettuce, red pepper, white cabbage, tomatoes with light mayonnaise on wholemeal protein bread. For snacks through the day, I have 30g of dry bran flakes, a banana/apple and a Muller light yogurt for each compartment.

Let me know any suggestions. I will be open to any ideas but two rules:
1) It has to be healthy and affordable and 2) all compartments should be used. There's method behind that madness.

This is something that really struck home. I know BMI is mostly bullshit because it doesn't take into account your muscle weight compared to actual weight etc etc. But I remember when I weighed in for my surgical consult to see if I could have surgery in the first place (just incase I was too heavy beforehand) and I had the BMI of 73. I'm still classified as overweight, but to be honest, I never thought I'd be under 200 lbs in my adult life - let alone be in the 180's and be the fittest shape of my life. I was absolutely dreading having my body fat done today but somehow @david_edge made it a borderline fun experience (borderline, because it’s never fun having your fat clamped so let’s not get carried away😂). After a much needed #cheat #meal last night with @brittany_nicole0712, I decided to #lift while my #body was still #fasting.

For those who are curious, there are #benefits to #lifting on an empty stomach, as your body’s #fat #burning #potential is much higher when fasted than it is after a big meal.

As far as #progress goes for me, I’ve noticed more #vascularity as well as #muscle #striations being revealed over the past few weeks.  When I reach 8% #bodyfat, I will become a #pig again. 🐖

This is going to be how I look probs when I go to LA and I'm ok with his. Happy? No. ok? Yes. 🤙🏼 I wanna go to La and just enjoy training again in the Mecca Golds gym. I wanna enjoy life and live life with Jenna and just make so many memories and be grateful for everything I do have the opportunities I get 🤘🏼 I'm not going to restrict my food or overdo my training, I'm just gonna live! 😊 one day I might have something macro friendly, the other day im gonna eat donuts 😏 so many people make out like you have to live "on the grind" 24:7 and if you don't then this isn't the life for you. FUCK off that's BS. People are allowed to enjoy training and eating and if they are making progress and stick to their prep when the time comes... wtf is the problem 🙈

When you get to 50 and you have no memories and only trophies you will regret it. You can have memories AND trophies and still achieve your bodybuilding goals. 😜

I get asked a lot whether I compete or am competing or IF i will compete again... Ill never say never as you don't know what may happen but it is not on the cards for me in the near future.
