Morning!! Dah breakfast ke belum? Ada yang takut nak breakfast sebab nak jaga badan ker? Aikk jangan tak tahu taw sbenanya kalau nak kurus tak bole skip makan pagi ok. Dan yg paling penting, wajib ada Bodydream Coco S. Minum selepas breakfast, Baru la cepat slim dan sihat. :) .
Sri Lanka did many things very well (curry, beautiful skies and scenery and friendly people) but coffee wasn't exactly a Sri Lankan forte. Bali on the other hand... 😊☕💕 This is my last week of travel. A week today and I'll be back home. It's been an amazing experience to be away for so long but stressful too managing my business as it can be really difficult to take time off when you feel that so many people need you.

Now I'm headed home to do homework and fall asleep while trying to eat my 50th meal of the day. This #plantbased life so far has made me lose fat, which is great but now my lack of all the extra fluff is making me appear smaller 😩 trying to eat so I can make real gains. Oh the struggle.
Pardon my post workout sweatiness 🤗 but I just have to gush about this product for a minute. My workout took a backseat again until late tonight (#momlife ) but I still got it done! That being said - I knew I was going to be slow moving tonight so I took one of these earlier and definitely could feel the boost! More energy to get through my workout without the jittery, heart racing side effects! Gives energy, boosts metabolism, suppresses my appetite (I'm a serious snacker) and natural ingredients!! 😍#bodygoals coming my way!!
Such a great workout tonight and so so so good to have some of my girls back with me. I go weigh in tomorrow for the first time in two weeks and I'm gonna be 100% honest with y'all...I'm scared...not because I've been eating different or working out different, but because my body has looked bigger in the mirror to me, this past week. Some people might think that's crazy of me to say, but I have felt so "fat". It's normal for my weight loss to plateau every once in a while-big drops and then plateaus. I'll be okay either way, but I just wanted to be real with y'all. Tonight I watched myself in the mirror at dance and honesty felt the most thin, confident, and sexy that I've felt in a while. I love what my body is capable of now. I know it's not all about the numbers, but it's encouraging to see them go down. So here's to hoping that tomorrow I have a post for y'all where I'm so hype. Either way, I keep reminding myself to trust the process. It's a journey and it's a marathon, not a sprint.
