Who doesn't love a nice back rub? Add 3 drops of lavender, 3 drops of frankincense and 3 drops of cedarwood to 1/2 a cup of fractionated coconut oil for a relaxation back rub. If you don't have someone willing to give you a back rub, this is also a beautiful blend to rub over your whole body for an aromatic dressing blend before bed. Yesterday I had an amazing late-night conversation/brainstorming with my little brother (he is actually not so little, 1.85 m and a fighter too lol 😂 - so he is just younger than me, whateva) and we agreed and came to the conclusion that most people simply don't ever get to the next level or what they want because they are stuck in observing their current realities. "Stuck in step 1" (#Abrahamicks ) • 😤 They dwell upon it. They beat the drum of it. They add extrem negative energy and power to it. 😔 As a result, their situation gets worse - of course, the more power you add to something the bigger the bubble grows. •
Why are people more afraid of their own light than their darkness?! Afraid of achieving those real high heights...?! 🌌 It's scary what our mind is capable of I must admit but we live in this era of enlightment so we better catch up! 🤗 •
So... let's cut it short. Here's the solution: ✔ Be a bit stupid and don't question stuff (Yes, please. No overthinking, too smart people face huge difficulties in life anyway, let's be honest - one thing is knowing stuff and it is totally different whether you can implement it!!!!!) ✔ Trick your mind and don't react to what happens to you, instead try to create something new! Restless in India, I had the need to still and align my body, mind and soul. Went for a walk, on my own. It was warm, in the middle of the day, but really good to be on my own, in my own pace, with my own thoughts. My feet taking me wherever they wanted to lead me. 👣

One day I decided to practice them more, however, instead of focusing on the bad feelings, I gave more energy to the little progress I saw each day and the fun I experience on every practice. Some weeks, I just don't feel like cutting up all the veggies I need for my daily salads. To keep me hitting my veggie goal everyday, I use pre-chopped veggies to make meal prep a breeze! This week I'm topping spinach/spring mix with shredded carrots, shredded red cabbage, shredded broccoli slaw, and a shredded kale/kohlrabi blend! Fast, healthy and delicious 👌🏼 Topped the salads with some baked tofu and homemade salad dressing and lunch is packed in no time!! 🥗🌱
My first experience with the powerful frog medicine Kambo, administered by my beautiful friend and personal shamanic mamacita Tatjana. She cleanses the space while I drink down papaya juice to help the purge and set my intentions for the ceremony.
Kambo is the venomous secretion of the giant leaf frog native to the Amazon basin.
The frog is harmlessly stressed to induce the highly poisonous secretion which is scraped from the back and legs of the creature. It is mixed with saliva and directly applied to open wounds on the skin specially made by burning the top layer of the skin with a red hot stick of incense. The effect of Kambo is immediate, intense and unpleasant but short-lived, usually lasting about 20 minutes.
They include a feverish rise in temperature, sweating, shivers, and dizziness as the heart rate becomes rapid—possibly reaching more than 190 beats per minute. Overwhelming nausea is generally unavoidable with kambo and purging is likely.
The purge itself may be felt as an expulsion of bad thoughts, habits, negative personality traits, or persistent life problems.
Panema—an Arawak term—describes a negative energy that gathers over time. Traditionally visualized as a kind of dense grey cloud or aura, panema is blamed for depression, laziness, irritation, and other adverse states. Naturally, clearing this cloud is vital for indigenous groups that depend on hunting and community coherence. For many, kambo serves this purpose.
Scientific studies show that the poison is made up of peptides that traverse the blood-brain barrier and stimulate the endocrine glands of the brain, resulting in an immune effect and a deep cleanse of the body.
The short-term effects of receiving a treatment can be enhanced resistance to tiredness, hunger and thirst, enhanced state of alertness, capacity to focus and still the mind. These effects can last for days or weeks. Long-term, Kambo will strengthen and empower the immune system, help overcome fatigue and increase overall well-being. People that regularly take the frog medicine very rarely get sick and have a lot of energy.

You can check your closest social environment to check what kond of person are you. There are part of them inside of you and bring you who you are right now. Eventhough not all people will easily get influenced, but in general, this happened.
Having self principal is crucial. When you already know who you really is, you will have self confident and self responsibility to yourself and others. Start from there and adjust with your own capacity. There is noone understand you better than yourself. Being honest and true to yourself is healthy for your soul.
The past 4 days have been humbling to say the least
2 years ago I was diagnosed with a mosquito borne disease called Chikungunya. It was completely debilitating
My joints ached to the point I couldn't turn over in the bed without feeling like every single one of my bones were breaking. This lasted for about a week. But the lingering arthritis stayed with me. I still experience bits of pain every now and then but nothing unmanageable
But on Thursday I started to get a pain in my shoulder, which turned into a slow body ache. By Friday night I was unable to move even my toes without crying out in pain. The symptoms I experienced 2 years earlier had come back
I couldn't even get out of bed without help. But because I'm a stubborn fool I did get out of bed with tears in my eyes to take a shower. It wasn't until my husband came running into the bathroom that I realized what happened. I had passed out several times breaking a tooth and brushing my face
I am feeling better today, thanks to some natural remedies and some pharmaceuticals. I never take medicine that doesn't come from the earth, but the pain was unbearable
During these last 4 days I have had to trust the people around me. I had to accept help. I have to reevaluate my life and see what is causing me most stress. Which was the cause of the symptoms
Please take time for yourself. Get rid of the things that you don't need. The extra job or work load. Reach out for help and ask for assistance. If you don't your body will let you know when it's time.
