La fin d'entraînement signifie le début de récupération.. et donc cela passe par une petite collation pour ma part avant de rentrer chez soi 😋. Depuis quelques mois, j'ai découvert le 《beef jerky》 de chez @foodspring_fr , du 100% pur boeuf séché, dégraissé et dénervé qui a intégré mon quotidien et que je consomme généralement après une séance de musculation, afin d'avoir un certain apport en protéines pour la récupération musculaire. (Une belle variante des shakers pour les personnes ne consommant pas de protéines en poudre ou pour celles et ceux qui souhaiteraient varier leurs sources de protéines tout simplement ☝️ ) ⚠️La consommation de glucides est également importante pour récupérer son énergie ! Et généralement ici, je penche pour les fameuses barres paleo foodspring, qui sont en fait des barres de fruits bio 😊 
Et enfin, après le sport intervient l'hydratation ! Pensez à bien boire : Avant - Pendant- Après l'entraînement !

Mayurasana は、肘同士と手首とをくっつけたまま行う。
肘は、鳩尾辺り。
実際は、少し下。
完全に鳩尾にしたら、弱い骨があるから、危険。
少し優しくするには、腹直筋の脇に肘を置くと安定しやすくなる。
流派によってかわるけど写真のが、経験上1番難しいと感じる。

これ15分以上出来たら、蛇やサソリ猛毒にさえ不死身になれると...笑

女性には、あまりおススメ出来ないポーズと書いてるのもある。

長くレッスン来て頂いてる女性の方は、男性よりも出来る事が多い。

コツは...
あえて書かない。笑

Barre Fitness - open studio and no equipment aside from this ballet bar...so here’s what I came up with and wanted to share with you...challenging but achievable:
1. Sprinters lunge dip
2. Side plank w/arm 180
3. Split leg side plank w/knee to elbow tucks 
4. Feet up push ups
5. Feet up plank w/ knee tucks alternating 
6. Feet up plank w/ knee under & extend
7. High feet hip thrusters 
8. High feet ab crunches 
X20 each ex, 3-5 Rounds.

That took care of my jet lag and the high level bar definitely created extra decline demand compared to using a conventional step or bench. 
Find a studio with a bar or simply a high step and give it a go...

*Post pregnancy core restore*
Core stability exercises are so important post delivery and when thinking of returning to exercise, I cannot stress this enough. 
Think of your body and that beautiful babe, and then the load that it put on your midsection for a good 9-10 months, I often referred to it as my Kettlebell added resistance training around my waist!
Take your time to restore your core, gentle abdominal tilting can be done anytime and anywhere especially during day to day activities. Standing/sitting on a Swiss ball lying down or in 4 point position (hands and knees) it's important to practice for both lower abdominal function and you can practice pelvic floor exercises together at the same time (for more information go to www.pelvicfloorfirst.org.au
For women that delivery via c section please note that minimal exercise should be done before the 6 week doctors check up
avoid abdominal exercises and oblique abdominal exercises until 12 weeks post delivery. 
Core stability and pelvic tilting should be practiced regularly . 
Always check for rectus diasitisis - if present then some core stability exercises and pelvic floor exercises can still be performed.
