I was going for a new PR today and felt good enough for 30 total moves. Needless to say, that didn’t happen (not even f’ing close) but hey, that’s life!
Sometimes you won’t have the best night, even if you thought you felt good, but the next day is a new day to wake up and f***ing crush it.
This is great for handstanders. This is what happens when a scapular pull-up and a hollow body make babies 🤣 You can superset this with handstands to reinforce the hollow body position while simultaneously deloading your shoulders by placing them in tension rather than compression. It also helps strengthen your shoulders, improves your pull-ups and strengthens your core. -
Perform for 3 sets of 30s or as active rest between handstands.
