I finally finished my book press (thanks to another fabulous #sealemon tutorial). After a few weeks of third trimester nausea I'm ready to start working on binding again! Plus, if you can see it in the background, I picked up a Minc foil applicator. I'm planning to use it with my bookbinding projects. I may be just a little bit excited to work on my projects.
Made a new sketchbook to use during my residency today. Watch my story to see how! It's thin and not too big (perfect for traveling) but I built a special magnetic pocket inside since I'm always collecting little things in my sketchbooks. Trimming the edges down on my guillotine is one my favorite steps. Listen to that satisfying crunch.
