Wednesday workout is DONE! Had a little chest, quad, core, and cardio action today at Burn Bootcamp. I was literally SO exhausted and sore after class that I had to sit and chill in my car for a bit before attempting to drive myself home. That's how you know you had a good workout! My chest and shoulders are on fiyaaaa🔥
Surround yourself with with people that inspire you. People that pour fuel onto your fire. Find people that you can be around and create energy with. This outfit shall hereby be declared "Unicorn Love" 🌈🦄💜 The plus side of working out at home- who cares if you match! 😂 Seriously though, after downing my Unicorn Blood (preworkout Energize), with the power of my colors, I was ready to take on anything!
