DINNER TIME, WHAT DO YOUR THURSDAYS LOOK LIKE? 👀 We have a wonderful easy recipe by @thehappyhalfie #recipe#food The ULTIMATE turkey meatballs ⭐ I could not be happier with this recipe!! Feta, spinach and turkey meatballs, stuffed into whole meal pitta with homemade tatziki 🤗 -
- hand mix 500g turkey mince with 3 cloves of minced garlic
- Add a small bag (roughly 60g) of chopped spinach. Crumble 200-250g of feta into the mix
- Add 10 chopped olives, the zest of 1 lemon, 1 egg, salt and LOTS of pepper
- mix well and shape into meatballs. Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes (it stops them breaking up in the pan) - pan fry in olive oil until browned on all sides on a medium heat, cover with a lid for remaining cooking time (around 9 mins in total)
- The recipe is so flexible, so play around with the quantities to your taste... why not try subbing olives for chopped sundried tomatoes or toasted pine nuts 😍 or shape them into burger patties! - The ULTIMATE turkey meatballs ⭐ I could not be happier with this recipe!! Hiya #leeds folks, I'm a local #health and #fitness trainer looking to build my profile with a series of bootcamps. I work in the local parks around the area and don't use gyms at all. Mostly because I love being outside.
I'm launching a new series of weekend group bootcamp sessions in Early November. Initially I'm opening these sessions up to 8 people at an introductory price of £8 each. I'll be looking to make these sessions as fun and varied as possible. For those of you that train with me already, you'll know I love to get really creative with the workouts. Each session will have a mix of cardio and strength work and you'll be able to really go for it at a very high intensity level or if you're newer to the world of bootcamp, you can pair it back to an intensity level that suits you best. The most important thing is that you get what you need out of it!
