Cocktail fifteen: Mochito
1/2 handful mint
15ml lemon juice
60ml dark rum
60ml club soda
4 drops angostura bitters
Place mint leaves with lemon juice in a collions glass, rum and fill up with club soda. Top with angostura bitters.

Cocktail fourteen: toxic wasted
15ml melon liqueur
90ml orange juice
90 ml lemon lime soda
Splash of blue Curacao
In an ice filled glass combine vodka. melon liqueur and orange juice. Shake well. Add ice to serving glass and strain mix over before topping with lemon lime soda. Add a splash of blue curaçao and stir to combine. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Happy new year from the barman's backlog, hope everyone had a good one. We have a couple ideas on what way to take the channel this year as both of us have been enjoying it so far and are eager to dive deeper into the world of cocktails.
I have always been a fan of the classics and would love to taste more of them, so I will be going through all of the IBA (International Bar Association) approved cocktails from the Alexander to yellow bird by the end of this year. This will include 77 cocktails,so starting from the 5th of January every five days an IBA cocktail will be uploaded to the channel. Dan will be continuing the search for interesting tasting cocktails but also will be making his own original ideas with several already planned.
Finally, every cocktail will now be posted with the ingredients we used so that anyone can follow along. hears to 2018 being a great year for everyone 🍻 cheers.
