I did this routine at the end of my shoulder workout!! There’re basic movements, but better beneficial for the entire body. I believe everyone should be able to master these movements. -

Current shape 🤷🏽♀️Happy with what it looks like.
Had to cut down on protein ( 0,8-1 gr per 1 kg body weight) and completely change my training routine, to get rid of back muscles , shoulders & quads. 🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️Honesty, I feel myself even better being smaller than I used to be for the last couple of years. Enjoyed my first workshop with @quincrowned ! Savvy Saving for Success was a great way to learn how to create a budget and how to build credit. (All for $30 might I add aaannnddddd there was food! 🤩) She did such an awesome job and was a fabulous teacher!•

My biggest struggle as an entrepreneur is feeling unworthy. Often times, if I don't see people commenting or don't see people interacting I automatically will tell myself they're not interested... I will back away and hide- i will stop sharing the knowledge that I have, and I will stop sharing my work with people. My number one flaw, is my inability to see that what I'm doing and that my mission is bigger than I am. So when you feel unworthy or that nobody is listening REMEMBER- Your mission is BIGGER than you are.
