Circuit A (x3):
Banded goblet squats (x12)
Curtsy lounge w/ weighted bicep curl (x12 each leg)
Slide side planks (x1 each side)
Circuit B (x3):
TRX push-up to knee tuck (x10)
Bent over BB row to curl (x12)
Assisted pull-ups (x10)

In it's day the The Northern Avenue St Bridge was consider state of the arts technology. The bridge's middle section would pivot,rolling open disconnecting from the left and right side of the bridge. Making way for large cargo ships to enter the channel. It now sits,rusting and unfunctional.
