The quickest way to 5000 views, 200 comments & 20+ shares... That’s the results of my live video from yesterday. Yay me!
Except there’s one huge problem... Most of the comments, shares and views weren’t from the people who came for me.
See, I went live at 2pm yesterday talking about “7 steps to cash flow your sales funnel.” I had some initial comments and thought, this is great. So I kept going.
It must have happened right after I checked the initial comments because about 10-15 minutes in, i was FLOODED with comments, shares, and reactions.
All about an auction for a couch.
I thought, maybe they were misspelling ‘coach’. But oh no. According to the comments, Ashanti (whoever she is?) sent them to my live video (by accident...?) for a couch that was for auction.
So for the 30ish minutes I was live, about 20 of those minutes were overtaken by hundreds of people waiting for a coach to be auctioned.
It was insane.
Needless to say, I removed the video from the public (some of the comments weren’t appropriate) and will plan to go live on this topic again soon... But on the brighter note, shoutout to Ashanti for all that organic engagement on my Facebook business page! 😂😂 Now, I’m off to enjoy a cup of tea as I start my day.
