Plants. They're miracle food for our bodies. That's why I love herbs so much. I love fruits and vegetables too; I could easily be a vegetarian if someone dared me. 😉 (That's not a hint, lol!) It's a lot easier to not be vegetarian in this house... The hubby that likes meat and potatoes would feel like he's starving. And my daughter would miss her bacon she gets to share with daddy. Oh vey. I'm honestly one of the only few people on this planet that Truly. Sincerely. DOES NOT like pig. And no, I'm not Jewish. (I'd be a rich woman if I had a dime for every time someone asked me that question when I tell them I don't eat pork. 😂) But truly that just makes me chuckle. I listen to my body. It simply doesn't like nor do well with pork... The other 99.9% of the world adds it to their ice cream and chocolate chip cookies. 😂 My body just happens to prefer plants and herbs. And that's ok. We're all beautifully different. Celebrate that. Be your own beautiful. #butseriouslythough#plantsarereallygoodforyou

Instead of eating the whole candy bowl, I made a compromise with myself. .
1 piece of candy, 1 bowl of grapes. .
Sweet. Craving satisfied. Body fueled. Moderation for the win. .
There is NO dieting here.
No restricting myself.
No self shaming for having a snack.
Just moderation & balance! .
