Getting my weekly dose of HIIT in the form of sprints! Did about 8 sets with 90sec of recovery laying on my back in between. Accomplished these at the park with my daughter (photo cred to her 😜) This along with slow motion resistant training is my exercise for the week, totaling 40min or so. Research on these workouts is profound and I love it! Told my daughter I was running from an imaginary tiger 🐯

Gerade gab es Quinoa mit Paprika, Zucchini, Aubergine, Möhren, Zwiebel und Tomate. Dazu Spiegeleier. 🍳 Da sind gleich mehrere top Proteinquellen dabei. Eier gehen immer und Quinoa ist reich an Tryptophan, einem wichtigen Baustein für die Serotonin-Produktion. Einfach gesagt: Quinoa macht HAPPY!! 😀
Das bedeutet jedoch nicht, dass wir hier in Deutschland jeden Tag nur noch Quinoa essen sollten, der extra aus Südamerika her transportiert werden muss. Mittlerweile gibt es jedoch auch hierzulande ökologischen Quinoa-Anbau. Find ich gut.
Bullet proof life just got sweeter (without any sugar☺️) This morning I choose to add @coracaochocolate 95% dark and @doterra peppermint to my morning bullet proof coffee for a heart warming mint mocha on this foggy, chilly Friday morning! Ketogenic life keeps satiating me, as I come up with creative treats!

Bullet proof coffee is my jam! It fuels me throughout my morning with out any caffeine crashes or jitters. If you haven't tried it, please do yourself a favor and try it, the recipe is easy! ✨coffee needs to be organic and free of molds. Please buy organic, fair trade beans ✨1tsp of grass fed butter or ghee
✨1tsp of MCT oil or brain octane (or use virgin coconut oil)
✨very dark raw chocolate for the high antioxidants without the sugar. I used 1 square of @coracaochocolate 95% dark
✨1 drop of doTERRA peppermint essential oil
✨blend in a small blender or what I do is I put it all in my thermos and shake well. And what you end up with is a delicious, health supporting, morning beverage! 💜💚let me know in the comments below how you like it, or other fun and healthy ways you spruce up your morning brew

Woke up early this morning ☀️ I did some meditation (for the first time 😳 - went well 👌) & then I got my 🔟0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ steps in early! I actually got 15,000 steps this morning! My walk turned into a 7 miler 🕺🙈 It was a walk/run. & im pretty sure I dropped 5 Ibs. in sweat 😅 Oohhh.... I'm ready for fall 🍁🍂 In fact, Sams Club has Pumpkin muffins out right now 😍 ... and you BETCHA I got some 😋

I've tried the exogenous (from outside the body as a supplement) ketones #ketonesupplements Dom referred to as well as others available on the market. Happy to share my experience if you're interested. Although for weight loss I believe endogenous (made inside the body) ketones are preferable, the health implications are amazing and the science is pretty darn compelling. Ok, I realize I've written a book by now, but I get excited about this stuff and want to share it w/ people outside the #ketofamily who could benefit from knowing. 💖✨💖
