3️⃣I just finished my undergrad in commerce, which I honestly loved🤓

Hi there. I’m still here 👋. Officially five weeks #postshow and here is my current physique. No filter, no angles. Just being very transparent with you all. Currently sitting at 112 and I felt really awesome this morning because refeed today and we’re getting Blaze Pizza 😈 I admit it hasn’t been easier reversing even with higher calories because I’m still struggling with transitioning back to my regular lifestyle. There are days when I am 💯 with my macros and work outs and other days when I am announcing to the class that there is free Cheesecake Factory on Doordash while eating a cookie 😂 My focus has shifted so school has been my priority and that means more late nights and 8+ hours of being sedentary and looking at thousands of slides and flash cards. My cardio decreased and I am eating more so my energy and #braingains have been phenomenal even though my abs have officially gone into hibernation mode but #mindset is right and I am happy and alive! #reversedieting #iateacookiethesizeofmyhandbeforebed #thickthighssavelives #300carbclub

Those two guys @davedurante and @mikecerbus are a well of knowledge in their own area Gymnastics and Olympic lifting. Interesting, dynamic, cool...They lead the 2 days @powermonkeyfitness clinic in such a way that you would like to have them for you longer and learn more.

Also thanks to my friend @reggiena the best food guide in Kuala Lumpur for all those flavors!

I like to take at least 30 min a week to just absorb my surroundings. I don't speak and I try and clear my mind from my inner dialogue. Both of my kids are learning Korean right now. We take the time to make it fun and engaging. When they say they are done, we stop. I never force them to learn something they don’t want to. One week in and I’m loving this #ambrosia stack! I wake up every morning and take all three, and i can definitely say my mental focus is on point! I’m starting to feel focused and attentive like i used to before i got sick. To be honest i haven’t even felt it wear off. First couple days there was an immediate effect. A bit pricey? Yes I’ll admit, however, if you feel like your mental state is slipping give this a try! I may not be able to afford it every month, I’m just an average guy with a strange path in life, but if i can swing it, i will definitely be buying this again. I don’t even feel the need to review it until it’s gone. This stuff is just legit.

Today, I'm going to talk about being "wrong."

You know, when you say something and find out later it was incorrect, or you write an Instagram post, only to find out from the comments section that you're an "idiot."
.
Personally, I think the stigma around being wrong/making mistakes is completely opposite of what it should be.
.
This is most likely developed in school, as you receive a "penalty" for having the wrong answer(not saying I disagree with this). So later in life, I think we have a subconscious fear of being wrong, which can weigh down on our potential, like an anchor on a boat.
.
Being wrong, is vital to your growth as a human. No, not a small contributor, but VITAL.
.
Recently I had a friend contact me with questions regarding my business structure. They mentioned that they refrain from writing informational posts on social media, because they're paralyzed by the fear of being wrong, and having people tear them apart for it.
.
I'm here to give you my fullest permission to be wrong. I mean, you obviously try your best to be accurate, but being wrong is a part of life.
.
Doctors, of all people, are ALLOWED to be wrong in diagnosis.
.
Police officers are ALLOWED to be wrong in split decision judgement.
.
We expect "perfection" from people as if we're not on the other side making equally as many mistakes.
.

Today, I'm going to talk about being "wrong." . You know, when you say something and find out later it was incorrect, or you write an Instagram post, only to find out from the comments section that you're an "idiot." . Personally, I think the stigma around being wrong/making mistakes is completely opposite of what it should be. . This is most likely developed in school, as you receive a "penalty" for having the wrong answer(not saying I disagree with this). So later in life, I think we have a subconscious fear of being wrong, which can weigh down on our potential, like an anchor on a boat. . Being wrong, is vital to your growth as a human. No, not a small contributor, but VITAL. . Recently I had a friend contact me with questions regarding my business structure. They mentioned that they refrain from writing informational posts on social media, because they're paralyzed by the fear of being wrong, and having people tear them apart for it. . I'm here to give you my fullest permission to be wrong. I mean, you obviously try your best to be accurate, but being wrong is a part of life. . Doctors, of all people, are ALLOWED to be wrong in diagnosis. . Police officers are ALLOWED to be wrong in split decision judgement. . We expect "perfection" from people as if we're not on the other side making equally as many mistakes. . I’m officially done with finals on Tuesday and then the cruise 🛳 is the week after next. I’m so excited to finally just take a break and not stress about stuff. 🏝 But when we get back I’ve gotta get back to the grind with studying for my cpt exam (in February). 😅 Also, I’m going to start posting some of my workouts on my story, so keep a lookout and screenshot if you’re interested.

Hi there. I’m still here 👋. Officially five weeks #postshow and here is my current physique. No filter, no angles. Just being very transparent with you all. Currently sitting at 112 and I felt really awesome this morning because refeed today and we’re getting Blaze Pizza 😈 I admit it hasn’t been easier reversing even with higher calories because I’m still struggling with transitioning back to my regular lifestyle. There are days when I am 💯 with my macros and work outs and other days when I am announcing to the class that there is free Cheesecake Factory on Doordash while eating a cookie 😂 My focus has shifted so school has been my priority and that means more late nights and 8+ hours of being sedentary and looking at thousands of slides and flash cards. My cardio decreased and I am eating more so my energy and #braingains have been phenomenal even though my abs have officially gone into hibernation mode but #mindset is right and I am happy and alive! #reversedieting #iateacookiethesizeofmyhandbeforebed #thickthighssavelives #300carbclub

When we attain the inner-vision in a trance-like state; could these visions be implented when recreating an environment in a virtual reality type matrix in the same respect that our own was created.
Where does the dream become true when belief is on the other side of fear who will go to no bounds to facilitate this intrepid change.
Bridging the gap between one inquisitive mind to another is more susceptible when some are visual learners but all people dream whether they are a conscious memory or a subconscious memory they are very present.
If I could take my meditations to upload them to virtual reality to play back and to play for others would this cognitive exctacy produce the same effects neurologically that I had also experienced or would the actions need to be free to explore for the person in the matrix before them.
As neurology progresses using electrodes to stimulate dmt in the brain, attempting to pull images from the subconscious mind of dreams, ideas or experiences,
Then where would this fit into the mold that project blue beam has provided and binaural beats have aided in the expansive experience of external stimuli on the brain by means of the exploration of the neurological connections.
