The mountains have been particularly tough on our little warrior. It started with our wobbly headlamp finally giving up.. Fixed with trusty ductape. The real fun began in the afternoon when I lost gear control on a winding ascent (actually not fun). Luckily help was nearby and these heros saved the day... However, their fix has left me with a rock solid clutch that need both hands to use. Also not fun... 150km back to Kochi! 🙏

🔨🔨Look at the brutality of that cover art!
I've been on and off listening through Ingesteds releases, and this album has to be my favourite! This album goes hard! Absolutely insane drumming and annihilating guitars create the unique sound that's not over-done. 'Cropmesis','Cremated Existence' (2 videos) and 'Skinned and Fucked' are all perfect examples of the sheer brutality the guitars and drums have to offer! The vocal range is on point, you have the regular growls, sickening highs, low rumbling gutterals and pig squeals although I find they do lean more towards the 'Death metal' genre. The drumming is the strong backbone of this album, constant rapid basskicks and blast beats annihilate their way through, sadly sort of drowning out the guitars and everything else. I sadly don't hear bass guitar at all, which is just what I feel this album lacks, a little bit of depth. It's just so drum and vocal heavy that it's hard to listen start to finish, although there is a solo in 'Still born' that I find rare in the slam genre and a nice break from the contstant ambush of basskicks and chugging riffs. But all in all a great album that combos Death metal and Slam so well. Again not my pick for a start to finish listen but still great when your feeling the Heavy and Brutal shit! 🤘🤘🤘
