Vanilla Comfort Bowl 😍 It's a rainy afternoon here in London, so we're seriously craving this bowl from @eatnourishlove using our Vanilla Multitasker 🙌 #MissFitters
1 sachet or scoop Vanilla Multitasker
1 tsp baobab
1 tsp maca
250ml liquid of choice
ALL the toppings
Blend in the a blender and warm up on the stove or in the microwave until desired consistency! Simple 💃
I am in freaken heaven 😍 currently eating this vegan breakfast bowl and can't believe it!! Always thought breakfast bowls that were not smoothies needed an egg or it just didn't have that creamy yummyness. Was I wrong!!! This is so creamy it's unbelievable 😉
1/2 cup cornmeal
1 cup water (or more for the right consistency)
1/2 tsp garlic
1/4 tsp cayenne powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Pepper and salt
1 Tbsp maple syrup
2-4 Tbs nutritional yeast
Place all in a pot besides the syrup and yeast. Cook until thick. Remove from heat and the other ingredients.
Corn and asparagus
1/2 cup corn
1/2 cup bite sized asparagus
1/2 tsp garlic
Char corn in a pan on high heat with the jalapenos and garlic. Remove and add asparagus to pan. Once hot add corn mixture and cook until asparagus is tender .
1 Tbsp lemon juice (or more)
Mix with a fork until smooth.
Layer all together and top with a few tomato slices.
Breakfast this morning 😍 a big bowl of chocolate peanut butter and banana 'nice-cream' 🍌 made by blending quark with 1 frozen banana ,cacao powder, peanut butter & honey. All topped with cacao nibs, dates, peanuts, flaked almonds and a coconut oil, peanut butter and cacao chocolate sauce 🌞
#tbt to Sunday when I used @simplemills gf and grain free pancake mix to make these pancake rolls. Filled them with homemade cherry jam and coconut flakes and they were 💯. Who needs sugar and grains when you've got breaky like this?!

Thank you to the Instagram community for normalizing weird food combinations--- WIN 💯. My rules for building a bowl are 🚫NO RULES. I usually start with @so_delicious unsweetened coconut milk yogurt as a base, because 😋. Then add a veggie or two (or more!), something sweet, and a spice or two.
