Koyu olmasının sebebi ise ağaçlara yaprak gübresi vermiyoruz ve yaprak az. İklimlerde değişiyor hali ile. Bir bakıyorsunuz hava serin ertesi gün güneş yakıyor. İşte o yakıcı güneşli günlerde yaprak altında kalamayan cevizleri güneş yakıyor. Bu nedenle köyü renk oluyor.

Günaydın🤗 Bu sabah kızım standart bir kahvaltı yapmak istemeyince sabah telaşesinde 5 dk içinde böyle bir tabak hazırladım. Sonra onu okula gönderince kıskandım, kendime de hazırladım🙈 Aslında bol malzemeli ama muzu buzlukta dondurmadığım için biraz sıvı oldu, malzemeler içine çöktü😌 Siz daha güzel bir görsellik isterseniz muzu biraz dondurun.
Muzu ve sütü mutfak robotundan geçirdim. Üzerine ceviz, nar, elma ve erik kurusu, @fitcuitt patlaklarından ekledim. Gayet doyurucu oldu, alternatif arayanlara #fikirolsun

Wanted to thank you guys for leaving such kind, supportive comments on the video I did two posts back about my friend Chitter's announcement (@chitterlove) for her Self evolution counseling.
The compassionate truths she initially shared with me during counseling (and that I still receive) weren't always easy to accept. 😬 I sometimes got angry at her and felt "picked on" as I began having my thoughts, words and actions reflected in the mirror she held in front of me. No one had ever done that; I'd never faced myself that way. I'd lived over 50 years with very little awareness of who I really was beneath layers of emotional wounds, skewed self-image, tremendous self doubt, and so many illusory perceptions I'd accepted as reality. Nothing could have prepared me for the growth I'd experience as I ventured into rediscovery of my amazing Self. SO very grateful.
This morning's breakfast bowl of abundance is a manifestation of the self-love and gratitude I've felt recently as I completed an intensive work schedule over the past ten days. By making intentionally conscious choices, I was able to create a balance between work, sleep, meditation and prayer, time with Cali, eating healthfully, and even scheduling time to enjoy the bliss of just being.
I also fumbled through episodes of an overly-sensitive ego, scattered thoughts of insecurity and self-doubt, and moments of ungratefulness. The difference between two years ago (pre-Chitter 😄) and today, is I now have the tools to make choices that better reflect love for myself and others. She didn't just feed me an apple; she helped me plant the tree.
Through Grace, I've willingly accepted re-direction onto a path that will not only help continue expanding my own awareness and Self evolution as I align with who-I-am, but will ripple out compassion and love to others as well. Sending many blessings and much love to your day!
Discovered something new today - Spoon Granola. I ran out of my usual steel cut oats (which I soak and ferment overnight with chia seeds) and I can’t cope without breakfast - my favourite meal of the day! So I popped off to the shops and spotted this on the shelf - the packaging caught my eye ‘NO REFINED SUGAR’ so I picked up a pack of ‘cinnamon & pecan’. The excellent people at @spooncereals have put together a box of nutritious deliciousness with only a handful of simple ingredients and NO HIDDEN NASTIES - they say ‘we like to choose ingredients that taste amazing, as well as do our bodies some good’ - thank you, that’ll do for me!
I enjoyed this breakfast bowl as an afternoon snack - because I couldn’t wait until tomorrow morning to try it! I spooned the granola over greek yoghurt and topped with chia seeds, bee pollen, frozen banana slices & almond butter - perfect pick me up.
I love it how when you add the berries everything becomes so much more photogenic. 😋👌

GF Porridge with blueberries, banana, ground flaxseed, cinnamon, and almond milk. It doesn't always need to look pretty for it to taste great. Oats can be a great way to start the day without spiking the body's blood sugar levels, as they give a sustained release of energy throughout the morning. For nursing mums, they also help to boost milk supply. Blueberries are relatively low in natural sugars, and high in antioxidants, as well as fibre, and nutrients such as vitamins C and K, and manganese. Bananas 🍌are high in electrolytes, such as potassium, vitamin C and B6, which all support heart health. They also contain tryptophan, an amino acid that studies suggest plays a role in preserving memory and boosting your mood. Cinnamon is known to help balance blood sugar, and has many antifungal, antibacterial, and even antiviral properties, as well as some anti-inflammatory properties too! Ground flaxseeds, aka linseeds, are said to help with improving digestion, lowering cholesterol, reducing sugar cravings, balancing hormones, and promoting weight loss. So, there can be lots of health benefits in a simple bowl of porridge with a few toppings! #breakfastbowl#porridge

Fall has always been my favorite season. I’ve seen it as the time to “turn a new leaf” (foliage pun intended. 🍂🍁) Now that I’m on the West Coast, I’m finding other ways to celebrate fall, like #fallfood !! 🍎, pomegranate seeds and 🍊 zest top this vanilla chai chia pudding for a creamy and comforting breakfast. What’s your favorite season?
Do you guys know how easy it is to make homemade yogurt?!
All you need is -a glass jar
-plastic spoon ( no metal)
-freeze dried kefir grains ( grocery store) -milk - I skip the dairy and use full fat coconut milk
Put 1 litre of coconut milk in your jar
Stir in package of kefir grains with plastic spoon
Cover the jar with the cheese cloth and let it sit on the counter for 12-15 hours
Check at this point- it should taste like yogurt
Place in fridge for 8 hours ( overnight) to stop the fermentation process
In the morning scoop the thick part off the top- that's your yogurt
The liquid in the bottom can be used to make another batch!

Felt like adding loads of nuts and seeds this morning, and sometimes that's all you need!

Happy birthday kale breakfast bowl to me. Each year I like to spend some time reflecting on obstacles I've overcome and blindspots I still need to tackle. I'm thankful that this city has helped me to become more compassionate to others, but this is definitely an area I still need to improve. This year I really want to dedicate some time giving back - not just in a monetary way, but in service projects. I'm proud of myself this year in seeing how far I've come in adjusting to my move. I've picked up a few jobs and really learned to find joy wherever I am. Plus, I'm more comfortable spending time alone. Cheers to another year!
