Loaded Breakfast Hash 
EQUIPMENT
Cast Iron Pan
INGREDIENTS
4tbsp olive oil
5 large potatoes, chopped, and drained
1 red pepper
1/2 shallot (diced)
2 italian sausage
2 tbsp paprika
1tbsp garlic salt
salt and pepper
1 tbsp parsley
grated cheese
3 eggs
1 avocado
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
Heat the oil in a skillet then add the sausage. Cook for 5 minutes then add the onion and cook out for 3 minutes. Add the peppers. Melt 2 TBSP of butter and then add the diced potatoes.
Add all the spices and salt and pepper then turn over to coat all the ingredients.
Add some more oil then leave the hash crisp up on the bottom for a few minutes. Add the grated cheese then make three indents and crack in the eggs. Bake for 10 minutes until the cheese has melted and the eggs have cooked.
Top with sliced avocado and a sprinkling of parsley to serve up to share.

☕️ The guys at @nokiahealth have just gifted me this beaut of a watch (a Nokia Steel HR) that comes with a kazillion things including a sleep monitor that wakes you up at the optimal point in your sleep cycle... I'm guessing there's no optimal point for my body (because i'm a lazy ass) but I can't wait to find out. Oh and it's also great because it syncs with an app that logs your food (but that might have to wait until after Christmas).

Tbh I am not a fan of pancakes and stuff like that but I need this sugar boost from time to time. You know what am I good at? Right,  I'm the champion in lying to myself when eating so this time I made this batch of pancakes "HEALTHIER" by covering apple circles in the cinnamon-orange batter.

These Shakeology Cranberry Bliss Bars taste like a coffeehouse original, but these are better for you! Get the full recipe below. ⠀

Ingredients⠀
⅔ cup dry old-fashioned rolled oats⠀
½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut⠀
½ cup all-natural smooth almond butter⠀
¼ cup raw honey⠀
¼ cup chopped raw pecans⠀
1½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice⠀
1½ scoops Vanilla Shakeology⠀
⅓ cup unsweetened dried cranberries⠀
⠀
Instructions⠀
1. Line an 8 x 8-inch pan with plastic wrap (or aluminum foil). Set aside.⠀
2. Combine oats and coconut in food processor; pulse for 20 seconds. ⠀
3. Add almond butter and honey; pulse until blended.⠀
4. Combine almond butter mixture, pecans, pumpkin pie spice, Shakeology, and cranberries in a large bowl; mix well with clean hands or a rubber spatula. ⠀
5. Lightly press oat mixture into pan. Refrigerate for 1 hour, or until set. ⠀
6. Cut into twelve bars (approx. 2½ x 2-inches). ⠀

He helped me make these yesterday by sprinkling the cinnamon and mixing the batter. He also licked the bowl clean😃. Along with those he had apple slices and chopped nuts.

After about a year or 2 I tried to make the potato carrot version and it was disgusting! I formulated this recipe so that it would resemble as closely to dairy as I could. It is creamy, ooey gooey, spicy and so flavorful! This twice baked potato was the perfect vessel to enjoy the nacho cheese! Nacho Cheese Dip from my book is so tasty and versatile you can add it to pretty much anything!

Breakfast Pizza; yesterday's bliss of goodness 🍕🍳

1️⃣ Bottom layer consists of a mix of white potatoes and sweet potatoes mixed and pressed to make a crust 
2️⃣ Middle layer = scrambled eggs, a handful of cheese, sautéed peppers, tomatoes, and ham 
3️⃣ Top layer completed with 3 sunny side up eggs, salt, pepper, a lil hot sauce and sprinkled with pepper jack cheese .
🔸Throw the potato crust in the oven at 350 before layering so the potatoes are soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside (my potatoes were pre cooked so it saved me ample time in the oven, left in for 5-7 minutes) .
🔸Make eggs and veggies+ham while the potatoes are baking .
🔸Once potatoes are finished, layer your breakfast pizza and broil on low for 3-5 minutes so the cheese gets nice and melty! .

For these cold, icy mornings a great recipe from @ugne_bakes Tip for tomorrow morning even though I absolutely love my protein smoothies breakfast, this morning I went for something heart warming and tasty- ‘Baked orange and cinnamon protein porridge’
INGREDIENTS 
50g oats
1egg white
1tsp cinnamon
Some orange zest
25g NRGFUEL Sports Nutrition Vanilla whey isolate 
200ml Alpro unsweetened almond milk
50ml water

Mix well, pour in to heat prove dish and pop to bake in to 200’C preheated oven for 30minutes.

I baked my porridge in Sage Appliances #smartovenpro 👌🏼 great little oven which can be so versatile and produces never disappointing bakes every time! 
When done, chop some more NRGFUel crunchy protein bar and stud in to porridge letting it melt slowly 😈. Spoon some natural Meridian Foods #peanutbutter and Top with frozen or fresh berries, caramelised pears or bananas(optional) and any other desired toppings. I add d some #gojiberries And @coconutmerchant  #coconutflakes

I made some overnight oats for my husband last night. He’s working some crazy hours at UPS this time of year and I want to make sure he is fueled for the day. I make my overnight oats with muesli instead of the basic oats to add some extra protein, omega-3 fatty acids and and antioxidants from the added nuts and dried fruit. Muesli is typically higher in sugar than oats but we like a little sweetness in breakfast oats.✨
Muesli (and regular oats) contain an oat bran that is made of oat fibers called beta-glucan. These fibers can help reduce cholesterol and are exceptional for heart health! .

I made some overnight oats for my husband last night. He’s working some crazy hours at UPS this time of year and I want to make sure he is fueled for the day. I make my overnight oats with muesli instead of the basic oats to add some extra protein, omega-3 fatty acids and and antioxidants from the added nuts and dried fruit. Muesli is typically higher in sugar than oats but we like a little sweetness in breakfast oats.✨ Muesli (and regular oats) contain an oat bran that is made of oat fibers called beta-glucan. Rise and shine, all! Just when I thought I couldn’t love breakfast anymore, I threw together this topless breakfast sandwich. I’m not kidding, this #highprotein breakfast kept me full for HOURS! One of my New Years resolutions for ❕2018❕is to make myself breakfast at least 3 days during the school week. Last semester, I had 8 am classes every day, so I was always eating on the go. While grab and go breakfasts are lifesavers, not cooking breakfast almost everyday took a toll on my mornings. Taking time to enjoy your food, especially your first meal of the day, is so important to develop and maintain a healthy relationship with food!
