Breakfast Idea - Overnight Oats
Mix together the following ingredients:
3/4 Cup Quick Oats, 2/3 Cup Almond Milk, 1 Scoop Amazon Fitness Protein Powder, shake of Cinnamon, 1 Teaspoon Chia Seeds, 1 Scoop of Yoghurt of your choice. Put this in the fridge over night and it’s ready to eat the next morning! I usually add some berries too! ‘Coz green smoothies always look better standing in front of green plants right? 😜 Smoothies are such a great way to jam pack a whole heap of goodness into a meal. My green breakfast smoothie really is full of nutrient dense, phytonutrient rich, plant based ingredients to support skin health, energy and brain function. Not to mention it tastes pretty damn good!

My current obsession is breakfast chia puddings, a great High Fat Low Carb breakky that will keep you feeling energized and full until lunch 👌🏽 These can be made zillions of ways but my current mix consists of:
2 TBLSP chia seeds mixed with 1/2 Cup plain unsweetened yoghurt and 1/2C Coconut Milk. Also mixed in 1 TBLSP each of flaxseeds, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, desiccated coconut, cocoa powder, clean lean strawberry protein, and almonds. The added seeds and protein powder give an extra protein hit and I add a few Brazil nuts in for daily selenium requirements. Mix all ingredients and pop in a jar in fridge overnight to soak and set for the morning. Top with a few blueberries and/or chopped banana for added sweetness. 🍌 🍒🍓
