Protein Chocolate Peanut Hemp Smoothie Bowl using @180nutrition Organic Hemp Plus.
- 1 frozen banana or zucchini - 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 scoop of @180nutrition - 1 tbsp of flax meal - 1 tsp of vanilla powder
- 1 tsp of sweetener (optional) - 1 tbsp of peanut butter
Blend all the ingredients in your blender and enjoy! .
Breakfast from a couple of days ago where I had warm cinnamon apple and pecans on top of porridge with a squeeze of orange. Perfect for rainy mornings like these 🤗 I'm not sure how it's Thursday already, but time is going by so fast lately. It's like I blinked and the week is almost over. Sweet as pie; this dreamy bowl of apple pie porridge is a favourite for a quick and easy breakfast option that wows the senses. Grate 1 🍎 into a cup of oats, add 1 cup of @oatly milk, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg, dash of vanilla essence, maple syrup and a pinch of salt. Heat through for 10 minutes. Top with raisins, cranberries and toasted seeds.

•WHEN YOU KNOW, YOU KNOW• I knew the moment this went on the plate, it was a winning breakfast 🙌. I’m having smashed avo on homemade rye bread topped with chilli flakes and pomegranate seeds, some roasted courgette (thank you meal prep) and a gorgeous fried egg. Perfect to set me up for a very windy Thursday 💨.
So the meal prep I did on Sunday is almost all gone, I’m just using up the last few bits, and the hope is by Friday it’s all gone. I then have the weekend to rustle up some new things. I haven’t always cooked like this. In the past I cooked vegetables every day, but then I realised I was a) wasting a lot of time when I could be doing other things b) getting lazy and eating fewer vegetables (especially at breakfast time and c) if it’s in front of you, you have to eat it (as I despise food wastage)!!! Have I convinced anyone this week to give it a go (if you don’t already do so?) 🙏

Smoothie isn't a bad breakfast idea for kids. This recipe is suitable for children aged 10months and above. Scrape the carrots well and steam for 5 minutes and discard the remaining water. This is the only hard part of the work. Blend all together adding a little water as needed. Serve your baby with or without milk (infant formula for babies less than one year and cow milk for children over one year).
