I never used to be a daily breakfast eater, until I started this fitness journey and really understood the importance of this meal.
I used to think I can save those calories for later in the day. I was surviving on literally a pot of coffee until lunchtime 😳!!! Here are a few things I now know:
1. Eating breakfast can reduce hunger throughout the day!
2. It leads to making better food choices throughout the day due to more stable blood sugar levels.
3. Hunger gets the best of non-breakfast eaters causing them to eat more at lunch and other meals of the day.

When you can call this breakfast by just merely adding an egg. Same roasted eggplant salad (see previous post for recipe) + I microwaved the egg here at work, drizzled with olive oil
Sweet Potato Toasts! Has anyone ever tried this for breakfast? Seasoned baked sweet potato that you throw into the toaster to "crisp up" avocado with roasted red pepper and a little red onion, (you could add anything) topped with egg and parsley. It's delicious! #healthyeatingdoesnthavetobeboring#breakfastisimportant Now, if I can only get Joe to try it...that's the real test. He's going to say "but where's the bacon?" 😐😂

Hey guys!!! Sorry we didn't post Ali for a while there. We're trying to come up with a posting schedule so everything doesn't fall apart. I'm thinking once a day for each of us and we all have to post 2 times on the weekend. Anyways, I got braces on the 4 this month and today my teeth decided they want to hurt again, so I ate some mashed potatoes with cheese and a donut earlier. (lol I'm so healthy btw) but yeah so I'm gonna go read the first HP book to my younger brother, I really hope he likes it. There like my favorite so if you guys want I could start doing some HP stuff like once a week like Siriusly Saturday or something. Well, bye, gotta go
