Hey 👋🏽 everyone <3 I usually try to be upbeat but tonight is more honest and stripped than usual. I was told today that I grew up into nothing - by someone I thought I was close to - I just want to say no matter who says what to you , have your break downs , cry it out. No matter how long it takes for you to succeed just keep your head in the game. Even the closest people to you NOT wish you well, it’s just life. Good morning, it’s breakfast time: homemade crunchy granola with blueberries and yogurt. Have a good day! 💙 Gestern also wieder neues Knuspermüsli gebacken. Das ist das, was ich von Montags bis Freitags zum Frühstück esse. Mit wechselnder Begleitung. Frisches Obst nach Jahreszeit, mal Milch oder Mandel-Kokosmilch statt Joghurt. So wird‘s nicht langweilig und es ist eine Mahlzeit weniger, über die ich mir Gedanken machen muss... 😅
A lot of you guys asked me the recipe for this easy peasy homemade granola so here you go! Ingredients: 200 gr dates (I used the amazing dates from @palmyradelights.ch), 50 gr oats. Optional: 10 gr raw cocoa powder, shredded coconut, almonds and hazelnuts, raisins. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Finally chop the dates using a blender and then add the oats. Keep blending until you obtain granola clusters. Now if you wanna add the cocoa powder do it now otherwise place you granola in the oven tray and cook for about 7-10 minutes or until it turns brownish. At this point let it cool before eating! It will turn crunchy and sooo delicious! Once it’s cooled down you can add the rest of the ingredients of your choice. Enjoy 💜 #vegan#vegangranola#granola#homemadegranola
Breakfast with roses.....why not ☺️ Homemade vegan granola:
4 cups of porridge oats
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup coconut oil
2 tablespoons of raw cocao powder
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/4 cup of shredded coconut
1/4 cup of mixed seeds&berries
1 tablespoon of vanilla paste or the seeds from 1 vanilla pod
Tablespoon of chia seeds
Tablespoon of flaxseeds
Preheat oven to 180. Melt together the peanut butter, coconut oil and maple syrup. Pour over the remaining ingredients and mix. Spread onto a lined tray and bake for around 20 mins, turning and stirring the mix a few times in the cooking process. Once cooled, place into a container and eat within 2 weeks.

I always see these instagrammers with fancy protein bowls and think “ dang that looks bomb, but it probably takes forever to make..” blah blah blahhh
Then i thought to myself, 💭 “Jackie, your always telling Braden, ‘you’ll never know unless you try’.” So.. last night i went through my cabinets and refrigerator to see what i have to work with... today wake up and 💥 BAM 💥 put this baby together. And it tastes pretty GOOD!!!
So, my point to this long post other than showing you my fancyybrekkie🥣👩🏻🍳 is, SOMETIMES it’s as simple as i said.. YOU WILL NEVER KNOW UNLESS YOU TRY! So today, i Challenge YOU to #try something you have always wanted to do. Whether it’s testing out a new recipe, taking that spin class, or voicing your thoughts 💭. (Like as long as your not hurting yourself/others). Step out of your comfort zone. Sometimes we tell ourselves we can’t do something, but let me just tell you ➡️ TRY! And if it doesn’t go as you had hoped ➡️TRY AGAIN!!!! .

* 1 scoop It Works Chocolate Protein Shake * Almonds
* Dried apricots.
* Chia seeds.
