***Food Friday*** For me breakfast is the most important meal of the day as you’re breaking a fast from overnight.
For me I make chia seed organic Scottish rolled oats porridge.
I use almond milk , cinnamon, then add a mix of seeds, banana, milled flax seeds one chopped dates for natural sweetness . A slow release of nutrients to keep away those snacks. Making your own porridge is much healthier than instant microwave packs. No hidden chemicals or sugar. Just what you put into it.
Washed down with freshly squeezed orange juice and a mug of organic ceremonial grade matcha green tea.
The breakfast of champions .
Brussels sprouts fried in butter and bacon fat glazed with honey and soy sauce tossed with crispy bacon. Topped with 2 fried eggs and some home fermented hot sauce of Serrano, jalapeño, habanero, garlic, and mustard seed. #breakfastofchampions#goodmorning#bacon#foodporn#eggs

It is middle of winter, cold dark and rainy/snowy here in Stockholm. 🌧Lately I've been having oatmeal for breakfast every morning and I love it! Warm and gooey with berries and bananas. 🍓🍌It really keeps me full and focused at work.
I used to eat sugary cereals and even non sugary ones like cheerios, the ones you think are healthy! and even though I ate the right amount of calories I would be starving again like an hour later.
I noticed how much my diet has changed as I've gotten older. When I was a teenager I would eat all kinds of garbage. I still indulge but I notice the affects of it on my body way more both physical and mentally.
