BREAKFAST ICECREAM: Totally a thing when you're sick. Feeling sorry for myself but avoiding sugar & dairy, which would make me worse. This has saved my invalid life several times already; frozen banana & @musclepharm chocolate protein powder. The topping is melted toasted coconut butter from @ceresorganics (developing my nut butter tastes). @tannacoffee to top it off. Get better, self! 😷
