Berry Blue 💙 Fridays • my all time favourite breakfast that remind me of my 6am Mondays during my UNiDAYS • this is an appreciation post for myself, for all the days I woke up at 5am had coffee, breakfast and went for my workout before my 9am class • cheers to the good times • ingredients: 3tbs oat bran/oat flakes/ • 1 handful fresh blue berries, 1egg white/whole egg • 1tsp ground cinnamon • mix all ingredients in a bowl • pour mixture in a nonstick pancake/crepe pan with no oil or butter • allow to cook for 5 minutes • make holes in the dough to allow steam to go through • flip and cook on the other side for another 5 mins • drizzle sweetener of choice • I like runny honey 🍯 with a tsp of @meridianfoods smooth almond butter • #thefortunekitchen#breakfastclub#breakfast#breakfastofchamps#oats#oatpancakes#pancakes#pancake#yummyinmytummy#healthyeats#blueberry#almondbuttee#nutbutter#fiteats
