This week I'm all about the easy > simple breakfast because honestly I just wasn't feeling a big ole meal prep, but I didn't want to skip breakfast because that is a big No No, breakfast helps fuel your brain, it's the most important meal but often the most neglected!

Helpful tip, granola can be loaded with sugar, always read the labels and I like to buy around 5-6g of sugar... the lower the better!!!!!
