Buongiorno con questa ricetta assurda! Sono praticamente delle barrette di avena, yogurt, mela e crema di nocciole @damiano_organic ispirata dalle creazioni della nostra super @fit_healthy_clod
 Ecco qui 😍
INGREDIENTI:
1. Base avena
. 50g di fiocchi di avena neutra
. 30g di fiocchi di avena latte e biscotti
. 5g olio di cocco
. 20g di albume
2. Crema allo yogurt
. 130g di yogurt greco total fat
. Una mela a pezzettini finissimi caramellata precedentemente in padella con un po' di olio di cocco
. 10g di farina di cocco
Topping vari a seguire!
PROCEDIMENTO:
Ho semplicemente schiacciato il composto di avena sul fondo di uno stampino per plumcake foderato da carta forno, ho versato il composto di yogurt e infornato a 200° circa per 20/25 minuti (dipende dal forno). Coprire la parte superiore con carta stagnola o brucia e una volta raffreddato riporre in frigo!
Scorrete per il pezzo di letterina di oggi (si, ancora quella 1931 perché è lunghissima) ❄️➡️

Pancakes 🥞 and donuts 🍩 belgian waffles and muffins..my early morning sweet tooth used to be OUT OF CONTROL! And the worst part was that it wouldn’t end there 🚫 Once I had the taste of sugar, that craving hung over me the rest of the day. Pancakes made from 4 bananas, 1 cup of cornflour, 1 cup of coconutflour, 1 tsp. of cinnamon and almondmilk. Than fried in coconutoil from @drgoerg
I decorated them with cacaonibs and açai. And they really match very well with a green smoothiebowl, here made from kale, papaya, grapefruit and lemongrass.

🌼 Mixed fruits crepe topped with homemade mixed berries jam
🌼 Avocado smoothie .
Ingredients and instructions :
<<Crepe>>
1. Cut the avocado, Kiwi in cube for the filling. 
2. Toast the frozen crepe for about 5 mins. 
3. Apply a thin layer of mixed berries jam on the crepe.
4. Add in the fruits and fold both side of the skin to wrap up the ingredients before rolling the crepe up. .
<<Strawberry jam>>
Chopped a handful of frozen mixed berries and cook it over a low heat for about 8 - 10mins. Add in half teaspoon of equal sugar and continue to stir until the sugar is melted. .
<<Avocado smoothie>>
Blend 20gm of avocado with 40gm of fresh milk. Sprinkle a pinch of Chia seed before serve. .

Siapa yg doyan tahu ? Hayo...boleh cobain yg satu ini . Tahu lada hitam , enak lho dan simple bgt . Setiap kali aku nyoba yg baru itu pasti ide dadakan karena kebingungan mau masak apa 😃😃.
Masaknya jg gampang . Tahu (10 buah) yg fresh di-potong2 lalu goreng .
Tumis 4 siung bwg pth cincang , tambahkan 1/2 irisan bwg bombay dan irisan paprika hijau , masukan 1sdm saos lada hitam dari Lee kum kee , 1sdt bubuk lada hitam , 1sdm kecap manis (kecap bango) . Bisa tambahkan sedikit air . Masukan tahu ke dlm tumisan kasih sedikit garam , sedikit gulpas dan sedikit bubuk kaldu (dikit2 aja krn sdh ada saos )cek rasa , aduk2 bentar lalu angkat . Nikmati dengan nasi hangat 👌 met bfast dear's 😋😋
