I'm all about big batches if it saves me time through the week to not have to cook every night! Mix and match sides and entrees... or use it for a quick lunch! .
I'm all about that simplification of life. Lol.
Salad for Breakfast
I’ve been experimenting with my smoothie ingredients lately. Removing fruit, to balance my blood sugar in the morning and instead getting sweetness from sweet potatoes, hydration from cucumbers and creaminess from cauliflower in this case! Loaded with plant based protein and @vitalproteins collagen beauty greens 💚🙌🏼💥 Don’t underestimate the power of breakfast- it sets the stage for your day and allows you to fuel your brain, gut and hormones for better or worse. Plus protein in the morning will help balance your blood sugar and decrease your sugar cravings later.
Second day in the gym since intermittent fasting. I can tell there is a lack of energy but I'm going to see what this IF is all about. Going to break my fast to some Chick-fil-a since it's the weekend 😊💜🙌🏽 #happysaturday
Two slabs of bacon to break my fast. This morning, I gained 2 lbs back. I was disappointed and angry at myself. But then my husband reminded me that this is not a race. So im moving forward. :) Tomorrow is another day. Keto On!
