I’m not much for breakfast (never have been) so I tend to #fast until lunch for even dinner.. but today I conjured up a little #keto#raspberry milkshake (.. or smoothie but milkshake sounds better 😉)... .
But look at this glass of delicious, low carb breakfast! Of course with a little whipped cream on top! Yummmmm!
How you break your fast is paramount! ☝️
It is important to ease your way into the body's ability to digest regular food by exacting all the wonderful nutrients you get by consuming a Whole-food diet otherwise.😉
Breaking the fast could be your opportunity to influence your #guthealth by "reshaping " and "repopulating" your gut flora aka #microbiome .
I have many reasons to believe that breaking the fast with the most nutrient-dense food, such as prebiotics, probiotics, and some powerful Vitamins and micronutrients, is beneficial for longevity and overall health. 😊
This is how I did it 😁 :
1. Natto, salmon roe, beef kvass ☝️wait 30 minutes ☝️
2. A small portion of bone broth-based vegetable soup. Having something like this before anything else, could help you avoid overeating. During the fast your digestive system would most likely reduce enzyme production, overeating may cause you to experience health problems, moreover, it decreases #HGH production. And you might want your HGH is up and running during feasting. So, enjoy yourself, not too much and not too little .😉
3. Chicken hearts, bacon and brussle sprouts. I believe that #organmeats are the most nutrient-dense foods you could find. Unfortunately, it is often discarded .😣
4. And ,of cause there was a dessert!🤘 Frozen sliced banana, macadamia and walnuts , raw cacao nibs, and coconut flakes.... yum!❤ The only problem here is controlling the amount of macademia nuts😂😂😂 #breakingfast#healthgains
After pre-birthday celebrations with my love last night, and reminiscing on the first place we said i love you (cue @benandjerrys 😂) i needed some quality grub to balance out my crazy blood sugar and wine/ice-cream hangover. This feast hit the spot.
Sautéed onions and organic andouille sausage over greens, pasture raised eggs @vitalfarms cooked in @boneinfood ghee, and Ezekiel cinnamon raisin English muffins. NOM

Alrighty the results are in and my 78hr fast is complete I even worked an 8hr shift in my restaurant and didn’t break haha! I feel so accomplished and I lost at least 7lbs! Broke my fast with some delicious healthy bone broth, chocked full of nutrients, that I spiced up with a bit of homemade hot sauce and AC vinegar. Got a solid workout in afterwards as well! Now to stack on a few lbs of muscle and lose those lingering love handles. #fasting#fastingcomplete#feelinghealthy#breakingfast
