My food menu is long for tomorrow, the prep and cook time for the food will take many hours, but when I get home I am putting in at least 7-8 hours of binge listing...and will prep food on my breaks. BROKE PERSONAL RECORD of 130lbs to 145lbs/66 kg🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽 my weight is 115lbs/51kg ☑️. Dear ladies, have you wonder why some days you feel like you can train @ 111% 🎖🥇and brake your records , and on others you barely lift a 50% of your last week squat🙄🥉. With my training experience I have gained the knowledge that women's moon cycles change trainings' intensity. Thus, i found out that pre-ovulation body is at full energy(imagine it like your phones battery) , and as the ovulation passes the charge drops significantly 🏋🏽♀️Train hard after your moon cycle is over and do some light training after ovulation and during your period🤸🏻♂️ Keep your journal, train accordingly and BEAT YOUR LIMITS ☑️☑️☑️#beatyourlimits#breakrecords
