After familiarizing myself with their unique flavors, I became more adventurous and shoved all three down my throat, with some light gagging. Happy Monday, guys, I hope we’re all having a productive week! 🔥🔥🔥 Here’s what’s on my mind this morning: procrastination. Putting something off feels like an instant relief, almost anesthesia for your brain: oh great, you made a decision, you’re going to deal with this/research this/call them/etc. on Tuesday, phew, now it’s all done... till then. But in reality, this uncompleted intention consumes your mental energy and wastes it to think about doing the thing and being reminded of it until the time X while eventually leaving you too tired to actually do the action itself. Wouldn’t it be a better idea to just go ahead and do the thing right now and take this worry out of your life forever? It’s not always as easy as “just get up and do it!!”, some task are too big, have too many steps, and it’s another problem and another topic of how to break them down into something manageable to conquer the fear of tackling it. But I know for sure I can sometimes get lost in planning instead of doing, this is my digital kick to myself: do it now and you’ll feel so much lighter!

I know I have posted these before but I am going to again because they are worth it!
So simple, easy and healthy... Egg muffins!
Literally just take any ingredients you want or have and mix them in with some eggs, pop in a muffin pan, bake and DONE!
In mine I have 6 eggs, 1 cups spinach, Spanish olives, turkey lunch meat, and a dash of cheese. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. I like to top mine with salsa!
Good thing about this is I now have breakfast for 3 days! 👊👊👊 Easy peasy lemon squeezy!

Hot Cocoa ☕️
8 oz warm almond milk
2 tbsp your favorite chocolate mix
Fried Eggs 🍳
2 cage-free organic eggs
1/2 tbsp coconut oil
Salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder (to taste)
Roasted Broccoli 🍲
2 handfuls broccoli crowns
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp coconut oil
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Bake at 400F until desired texture
Quick Chunky Guacamole 🥑
1 avocado, mashed
Salt and pepper (to taste)
1/4 lime, juiced
I also like to add something fruity to my breakfasts, so I chose some #homemadejam made of mulberries! 😋
Today’s yummy brekkie for #mondaymotivation was but granola with Greek yogurt and blueberries😋 That’s that kind of breakfast that keeps you full and you enjoy it at the same time💪🏻 Today wasn’t too long (especially compared with tomorrow when I’m going to be at home at 8pm😞) so I’ll try to get everything done✅, kill my workout (abs day, because never skip a Monday)🤸🏽♀️ and go to sleep earlier😴 Have a great day peeps!❤️
