Another week, another win! Congrats to Tim Sylvester on his professional MMA win this weekend in Atlantic City!
I was responsible for Tim’s weight cut- Tim started his camp in the upper 160s and made his contractual weight of 145lbs. The weight cut went smooth; the fight went all 3 rounds which means Tim’s endurance and strength remained intact.
As the holidays quickly approach, we are wrapping up our Bridal Beauty Boot Camp series. 6-12 months before your wedding day is the most important time for face and skin treatments. As of this episode, we are two weeks out from the BIG DAY, so it’s imperative the skin looks flawless. We finish with a signature Laser Light Facial, including an IPL/Fotofacial, followed by #DiamondSkinTightening . Lastly, we boost the skin’s hydration with our collagen mask. Super excited to be adding to my website. I’ve been working on a couple new programs for the last month or so and brainstormed my whole pregnancy for HOT MAMA. So I’ll be kicking off a few new things once the holidays are over. Two new eight week programs and then a NEW year 2 week Long challenge (different exercises and different meal plans then my last two challenges)
Bridal boot camp is an 8 week long program designed for you busy brides that don’t necessarily have the time to get to the gym or think about what you’re going to do for a workout. So I have designed a program for AT HOME that will get you in your dream dress. Workouts will be 30-60 minutes, little equipment needed, HIIT, and lots of fun. Along with the workouts I will provide 4 basic meal plans to get you MAX results! .
Secondly, we have HOT MAMA. So while I was pregnant I REALLY wanted to get an outdoor in person boot camp going but it kinda just fell through the cracks. Then I had my daughter and realized how hard it is to even leave the house on some days. So I have designed an AT HOME 8 week program for all of you PP mamas trying to get back in shape, whether you’re 8 weeks PP or 8 years. These workouts will focus on core strength and shredding that unwanted body fat. A lot of mamas struggle with diastasis recti, which is basically a fancy word for abdominal separation (ask me in comments how to check if you have this😉) a common problem post baby are back injuries because our core strength has been shot after carrying a babe for 9 months and everything expanding. Plus who doesn’t want a nice tight tummy again?! This program will also come along with 4 meal plans, because let’s be real it’s 80 percent diet😜 .
I’ve done many custom plans over the last couple of years but not everyone can afford that, so I wanted to add a couple more options to my website. Never have I ever uttered these words “I just lost 4lb without trying” until now. I don’t weigh myself a lot but I did a few weeks ago and I’ve been back on my super fruit regiment, getting good sleep, and continuing to eat as I do (80% Whole Foods, 20% cheeseburgers 🍔). I felt good and decided, what the heck, why not. Let’s see what I weigh! And VOILA! I was 4lb less without trying. Honestly my 🧠 is shocked 😳! My body type stores fat and muscle easily, not lose it easily. So you could say I’m excited. I’m getting more nutrition in this video clip in 2 minutes than most people do in 2 months ☠️ but it doesn’t have to be that way. You can somehow lose 4lb without trying too. I hear it all the time from my business partners and I didn’t realize what they meant until now. Ok I’m digging this. GIVE dat body what it needs; and your body will reward ya! Letting go of unnecessary fat. Yes. I do like that.

Whew. Talk about a weak-end.🤷🏼♀️ 🍺🍟🍔🍕 Birthday celebrations will do that to ya. While I seriously have zero regrets about enjoying myself this weekend...my sleep, my skin & my energy levels are suffering from my splurge.
Back to my superfoods, portion control, workouts & accountability group today. 🥛🥗💪🏻👯 So thankful I have all the tools to get back on track EVERY time I fall off. 🙄
