S: handful dark chocolate almonds
L: salad w/chicken
S: rice cake w/pb & Apple slices
Lunch at my desk. I know there are a million reasons not to eat at my desk but this works for me. I come in early, work thru lunch so I can get home to be with my kids. And it keeps me making healthier choices. If I left my desk I'd be tempted & I have goals to meet!
