C’est quoi le PH sanguin ? C’est tout bonnement un paramètre qui permet de voir si votre sang est acide ou bien basique et également neutre...
L’acidité provient de ce que nous mangeons au quotidien surtout les pratiquants de musculation Comme les protéines, féculent, et pire les aliments industriel sont pro acide ( gâteau, bonbons les Bullshits quoi ) et bien sûr notre entraînement augmente l’acidité également du sang dû à la montée d’acide lactique dans nos muscles - Pourquoi est-il si important ?
Car il y a beaucoup d’effets secondaires à un pH trop acide comme : - Fatigue - Blessure - Fonte musculaire et osseuse - Élimination des graisse ralentie
Comment le réguler ?
Alors pour contrer cette acidité il faut consommer des aliments ou bien liquide basifiant comme la plupart des légumes et fruit et enfin le bicarbonate de potassium

Insanely busy weekend after a chaotic end to last week with general Illness in the family and children off nursery etc. etc. (Parenting parr for the course at this time of year) and then Greater Anglia nearly scuppered my Monday morning by cancelling the 5.23 train... BUT we are back on track! The awesome @barryslondon #fitfam at West fitted me in, @jaycopley delivered a healthy dose of Monday morning ass kicking, and I smashed my protein shake (with added coffee, obvs) before he tube had left the station! Come on Monday... last week at work... BRING IT ON! .

Going into 2018 my main goal is to have a better year than the one that's been, I'll admit 2017 has been a total flop with lack of direction and generally just feeling useless but there's no better time than right now to change that, this means more focus, more consistency, less time wasting, and a coherent plan that sees me live life as my happiest most successfull self. We are all about to start a fresh 365 days so ask your self; "If I did what I'm doing today everyday for a year, in a year from now, will I have achieved my goal, will things be different?" If you can answer yes then you're on track to your goals, but if you can't answer than you need to re-evaluate where your focus is.
A crucial part of self growth is planning, putting in place a coherent plan with daily disciplines you set to ensure you reach and achieve your goals.
Create simple daily habits and disciplines you do everyday that push you closer to your goal, these habits are similar to brushing your teeth, it's something we were all raisied to do morning and night because we know that if we don't in a years time our teeth will fall out of our head, creating daily disiciplines is the same as this, simple small habits that benefit you every day and become part of your daily routine to enhance your life in the future, we are given very limited time in our life to live so eliminating the habits or people that hold us back is paramount to growth, not just for January but for the full 365 days.
