Whoever says you can't get affordable food in Stockholm obviously hasn't found @holygreens yet! 🌿 The amazing "eat your greens" salad bowl is only 85 SEK / $12.50 AUD and is absolutely massive! Overflowing with lettuce, red quinoa, broccoli, avocado, beetroot hummus, sunflower seed sprouts, pickled cabbage, cucumber, more seeds and a basil lemon dressing, it's big enough to share (although probably not, tastes too good!) 🙌🏻🥗🇸🇪🍴
Moving onto the sweet courses, we were presented with the "Testun al barolo & Cabernet Sauvignon". The pappardelle is made with Cabernet Sauvignon, giving it a purple appearance and a sweet tasting note to pair with the warm "Testun al barolo" cheese. Today's lunch situation sorted, thanks to @youfoodz Can't wait to dig into this slow cooked lamb shanks. I'm not a big fan of frozen meals or prepackaged meals but I am amazed at how good these #youfoodz meals are and they have some delicious winter warmers on the new winter menu. I also love the convenience of having few of these meals in the fridge as life with a toddler can get pretty crazy at times 🙆 #mealtimereimagined#spon#mumlife
"After the eucalyptus fire" - possibly the most Australian dish we've had. Emu, beetroot, rosella & eucalyptus. Emu was presented in 3 difference forms... tartare, jerky and as a steak. Yeah.. That egg was pretty much perfection 😍. Quality toasted bread sandwiching leg ham, and raclette cheese, with bechamel sauce. With pickles & tomato salsa on the side so you can add as little (or as much 👌👌) as you desire 😜.
Love the venue, it's a little tucked away so it is nice and relaxing on the weekend. The staff are lovely, and the food is very enticing ❤️.
