What you need:
•dried rosemary :
•raw honey - preferably light honey :
•chop the rosemary to release the flavours or crush/bruise the rosemary :
•place the chopped rosemary into the cloth and tie it off with a string :
•pour the raw honey over the top of the cloth bag filling the jar :
•use chopstick to stir the honey, then top off the jar with additional honey. Screw the lid on tightly :
•allow flavours to infuse for up to 2 weeks or longer - the longer the more flavour :
•once the 2 weeks is up remove the cloth bag and replace the jar lid tightly :
