SLOW DOWN || Life has slowed down this week. A long weekend in Devon has brought about a sense of calm - channeling some of the slow life movement! I was reading a book to my daughter last night - this book has lots of detailed illustrations and even though I have read this book nye on 100 times I haven't ever looked at the pictures properly - this time I actually looked and found all sorts of funny scenes and little stories within a story, I found it quite an emotional experience. How could I have missed the pictures? It begs the question - what else have I been missing in daily life in this frenetic 12 months? Colours, light, textures, people?! One of those weeks where you feel a little more tired and achey than usual 🙈 Decided to do my daily Pilates in the sunshine today and really focus the flow on getting rid of tension by doing lots of rolling, and focusing on my tired little legs that walk everywhere 🤗. I forget how important it is to set aside a some time to yourself and concentrate on the parts of your body that need a bit of love and care, to switch off from the everyday and reconnect ❤️
I am so excited to be getting more confident with teaching my Pilates classes! We are now looking for outstanding mat-work and/or comprehensively trained teachers to join our rapidly growing Bristol studio.
We have different classes available throughout the week - including some evening and weekend slots -as well as cover for holidays. Our rates of pay are competitive, with maximum class sizes of 11 for mat-work and 4 for apparatus.

Studio returns to normal opening hours on Monday so get yourself booked in now! Monday's 18.45 class is now a drop in improvers' class so you can use your normal mat work credits to book yourself on (from later today). It's a class suitable for anyone who wants to develop practice, lacks confidence or wants to master key exercises.
