Isabelle is another artist presenting at our “Between Us” exhibit this week. Originally from Maryland, she is a painter and graffiti artist who now works out of Brooklyn. I first met her while she was tagging a particle board on the streets of Wynwood, Miami, spray-painting her signature “👁 Know” design. Come meet her this Thursday night!
So my hippie drink of the day is #kombucha raw and organic. Delic! Something inspirational that I saw it. #Wordsofenlightenment by #hollyhorner#brooklynny "stand strong like the trunk of a tree no matter how strong the wind Shake share your branches". GOOD • MORNING
Starting our mornings the right way is so important - An AM routine is one of the best things you can do for yourself but don’t underestimate the power of an evening routine.
Our evening routine sets us up for a successful morning and our morning routine sets the tone for the entire day.
My mornings starts with meditation, prayer, my journal then I read and write while having my coffee. How about yours?
AM coffee and a power chat have me feeling like I can conquer the world 😊
@cupofbrooklyn Turmeric Latte is definitely my morning favorite
Thank you C for the AM chat 😗 #fixyourfeed
Love the suspended branch and florals of this rustic tablescape by Marks and Spencer. Consider attempting your own version of a suspended centrepiece. The unexpected visual impact makes for a really refreshing change of pace from the traditional.

I fell in love with Taiwan upon my first visit when I was just twelve years of age. I met so many cousins that trip who took me to countless arcades and beaches, and introduced me to Taiwanese pop and rock artists that I would listen to endlessly. I was so hungry to learn how to speak Mandarin, that I would carry around a little notebook and just ask relatives how to say certain words, and then write them down. I left for the airport in tears - I couldn’t stand the thought of leaving.
Having been brought up by loving parents from different backgrounds who valued education and the arts, I was given so many opportunities to explore Chinese language and Taiwanese culture, which all led me to this most recent tour; a perfect fusion of culture and live music. I realize that most people are not so lucky, and I’m forever grateful to my parents for the sacrifices they made for both me and my brother.
At almost thirty, these past couple of weeks have made me feel like that 12-year-old again, pestering strangers and relatives to teach me something new, with pen and notebook in hand. Much gratitude to everyone who helped out along the way, as well as my brother and tourmate, Liam, who continues to inspire me in everything that he does. Heading home. 謝謝大家。 <3, Connor
