Another day for #YESChallenge .
Say yes to a spontanous coffe invitation even if you're having a hectic schedule.
With @ralucadumitra we are planning since almost 5 months to see each other. But today, I decided I had to put aside for a couple of hours my other plans at her invitation and join her 45 minutes later.
Beside a very welcome break, a positive meeting will increase your challenged productivity - take my word for it!
Thank you, lovely lady, for my today's YES challenge. And for the smile. ✨
One of the most important things not many are telling us about, is how to embrace your mistakes and dare to fail.
To forget to always try to be perfect, but to dare to be yourself - it is so much more rewarding.
In my case and with creative jobs, this is an essential point I discovered later in my life - the sooner I understand it, the better thinks got. It may sound a bit confusing, but think a moment about it, you'll see it is so true.
I was wondering how many of you take mistakes as just a lesson or an opportunity to learn and not something negative and a reason to blame yourself about?
Second week of YES challenge.
This might be also called the Jane Fonda challenge. Or when I decide to wake up earlier three times a week to exercise and get it into a routine.
It may sound more like a health New Year's Eve resolution, but it is a yes challenge I took for myself since September and I'm very glad about it, especially that I can see how it improved my days and my energy.
I truly missed that good feeling after a morning exercise which is so important and is an essential help when you have long days.
But I also missed all those aches coming along...and you don't know how I look with leg aches, while trying to go on heels at a meeting. .
