A little R&R to start the week after crag hoppin' around the Santiago area over the weekend. New friends and new places are sure to help maintain a fresh perspective. Friday and Saturday were spent at El Arrayan, a sport climbing mini-meca just 15 minutes east of Santiago proper. With climbs ranging from easy 5th class to 8b+, this place can surely draw a crowd. On Sunday we soaked in the sun's baking rays at the more exposed, conglomerate crags of Las Chilcas, which also offer an abundance of routes with varying difficulty. Had a great time on the 30m route Cabro Culiao alongside Zona Cubo. Hope everyone had an enjoyable couple days wherever the wind saw fit to blow you.
