Hey guys, sorry I haven't been posting as much. I haven't abandoned veganism/this account, ive just been on an off schedule lately and havent really been eating normally. Today hasnt been an exception, but i still wanted to post something since its been a couple days.
My friends and I are having a Halloween party tonight since ill be in Disney for the actual holiday. I made some buffalo cauliflower and i wanted to share my recipe with you guys! The only alteration i made was using vegan butter.
Can't visit NYC without stopping at @blossomdujour Love that place! I went for the Smoky Avocado Wrap--avocado, smoked tempeh, tomato, lettuce,
chipotle aioli (minus tomatoes because raw tomatoes are gross)--and the Buffalo Cauliflower Bites. The real prize though, as always, was the Butterfinger shake omgggg so gooooood!!
Crispy buffalo cauliflower bites 😍 lightly breaded and fried cauliflower tossed in a spicy buffalo sauce over ranch, topped with shaved celery, green onions and blue cheese crumbles. This actually had a good level of spice and was on the 🔥🔥 side. Delish! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
🔥It's Taco Tuesday! Today we're serving up Buffalo Cauliflower Tostadas,corn tostadas topped with refried black beans,red cabbage and crispy buffalo cauliflower. Topped with a pickled jalapeño & jicama slaw. Finished with a drizzle of mango habanero sauce🔥
Turns out not all #hotsauce is created equal. I was supposed to use "Dave's hot sauce" or something to top these beautiful little #buffalo#cauliflower#bites ... but me being the hot sauce novice I am, I thought the Tabasco in my cabinet would suffice. They are totally different sauces with totally different tastes, so that didn't go well.
But it all worked out in the end, because these bites are fairly yummy without the sauce and I'm still a total wuss when it comes to spicy food.
Lunch today.. deadline day! Congratulations on making it to any other tax people ☺️. My husband picked up my favorite buffalo cauliflower bowl with farm-raised chicken and tons of veggies! So delicious!
#latepost but here's some footage of me making some buffalo cauliflower tacos. ☝🏾First you want to toss the cauliflower in Extra Virgin Olive Oil and garlic salt . 👉🏾Then heat in the oven for about 10 min while you make the batter. For the batter I used.. 2 cups of brown rice flour,
1 tsp of ACV,
1 cup of almond milk
then whisk til perfection.. Next 👉🏾toss the battered cauliflower chunks into the brown rice flour and then pan fry over them stove until they are golden brown. 👉🏾Next you toss them in the Buffalo Sauce. Ta-Da! These bad boys were sooo AH- M A Z I N G
This is the first time I ate an entire head of cauliflower in one meal. Nope, not chicken wings. It's buffalo cauliflower that I roasted. I will definitely be adding this to my vegan dish rotation.
