Up close and personal at one of our latest residential projects in Silverleaf using Fox Blocks. =
ICF blocks contain two layers of insulation made from recyclable materials. These frames are then filled with concrete to create a durable, airtight, cast-in-place wall. We partner with @foxblocks_icf, a leading manufacturer of ICF, to provide superior products that reduce energy use by 44% in heating and 32% in cooling. ICF blocks can be adapted to both traditional and experimental designs.

We cannot benefit from business networks if we are not deliberate about building them in the first place, let alone anticipating them We must begin to build systems that work. We must begin to collaborate more. The fact that certain business relationships did not work in the past does not mean that they don’t or cannot work
A great testimonial from the Gulf Coast Academy Middle School in Spring Hill, FL. - We are very pleased with our MBMI steel classroom building! The new 70' x 100' classroom building includes a science laboratory, 28 station computer lab, five traditional classrooms, a large common space, office space and a media room. The building has already seen a category 1 hurricane (Irma) and thankfully sustained no damage. The large spaces and the high ceilings make an excellent educational environment. We do have plans to build a second, slightly larger building next year. -- Joseph A. Gatti

Retrofit project for Norfolk Southern Rail Yard in Altoona, PA. The existing structure was a simple roof system. We supplied new framing and sheeting to be retrofit in the field. This project also included a small enclosed structure installed inside the existing building.
Brand new build out of office space attached to a large warehouse. There is R40 roof insulation and R-30 wall insulation installed in this section of the building. Walls will be finished with sheet rock and there will be a drop ceiling hung from the roof framing. HVAC and sprinklers systems are also being installed. Just one of the many uses of our buildings.
Another view of the Camp Kalie pavilion in Wurtsboro, NY. This roof system is open on 3 walls with roof overhangs for extra shade and protection from rain and snow. This is a great example of how a couple of skylights can really brighten up a space. From this view, one can see the framing for supporting the gable sheeting on the end of the building.
A brand new building almost complete in Wurtsboro, NY. This 5000 sqft pavilion is for Camp Kalie which is a camp for special needs children. The building was designed with 2 different color roof panels which is the first for us. Definitely a unique look!
BW's goal is to set patterns and build systems that work. There should be a system in your business that tells you your progress in details. There should be a system that monitors your staff and the rate of efforts they put in. There should be a system that tells you whether you are rising or falling at the end of every month. There must be a system that ensures milestones are met & new levels are reached and started. There must be a system that follows up and tracks your clientele base. There must be a system that lets you know if there is danger ahead of you. There must be a system.... Be aware of your progress.. Let us do what we do best for your business.. Let us build systems!. #ByronWudiCo#Guidingyoutosuccess#buildingsystems#businesslife#successfulpeople#structures#beaware
This little building located in Goodland, FL brilliantly survived a direct hit from Hurricane Irma a couple weeks ago. Located on the southwest coast of FL, it was subject to Cat 3 storm winds just a couple miles from the storm's eye. The marina in the background was not so fortunate! We don't take any short cuts in design and engineering to ensure we are providing an excellent sound structure.
