Lean bulk update ⤵️
For the last 3.5 months on this lean bulk I've averaged .5lbs gained per week (was shooting for around 0.3-0.5)
For anyone who's a relatively experienced lifter I'd highly recommend this more patient approach, rather than really pushing the food (early doors at least)
My favourite gauge for altering kcal intake is gym performance, opposed to scale weight - while it's definitely worthwhile keeping an eye on the scale weight, chasing a particular number will usually (for me) lead to a lot of unnecessary fat gain (which i'll need to end up cutting anyway ✂️)
I still have every intention of posting a full day of eating soon, just need to pick a day where I have time to add relative detail to the captions 👍🏼

* Put some music
