Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment. Put your heart, mind, and soul into even your smallest acts. Work hard for what you want because it won't come to you without a fight. You cannot have a positive life and a negative mind.

Ok this has taken me a long time to write so please don't judge 🙈 big #transformationtuesday as well!
I'm actually horrified at the left picture of me and that I actually looked like that at one point. It's so crazy to think that that was only 5 months ago!! I just used to eat 3 meals a day which consisted of sugary food for breakfast so cereals or more often than not, poptarts (love of my life). Lunch was a sandwich with crisps and probably a chocolate bar of some description. In the afternoon I'd almost certainly have biscuits (binge ate them) along with share bags of sweets then for tea I'd have something homemade like cottage pie or lasagne or if I was feeling very lazy, pizza. -
I get a lot of questions about what I eat now and also a lot of comments of "don't lose too much weight" whether it be from family, friends or people I work with so I thought I'd do a little pic of what I eat and include some quantities for comparison so swipe away! ➡➡➡
For meal one I currently have 75g oats, 200ml egg whites and 1 whole egg. Just for comparisons sake, a normal sachet of porridge oats before milk added is 27g!!
Meal 2 I have turkey mince in chilli (home made, with lots of veg) and rice. -
Meal 3 I have salmon and veg (unfortunately I started eating this before i remembered to take the pic 😂)
Meal 4 is a pre workout shake which is currently 100g blended oats and 25g whey protein powder.
Meal 5 is my post workout meal. Chicken, lots of veg and even more rice!
Finally, meal 6 (my fave) is fat free Greek yogurt. I have 200g of this along with a small teaspoon of cashew butter.
The average female needs around 1500 calories a day. This is around 2200. I'm wanting to grow and be big but this is a very slow process (of which I struggle with). I hope this has helped some people understand that I'm not starving myself or doing myself any damage. I have a personal trainer who is always tweaking my meal plans and checking my weight and progress.
🍑I Still Worked On The Booty Though... 💪🏽 •Yes Maybe I Did Indulge A Little In Amsterdam • BUT - I Worked Out In The Mornings & Managed To Smash My 10,000 Steps A Day EASYYY 💁🏽♀️ Plus Basically Biking All Day So My Cardio Was Through The Roof 🤯
I’ve realised something lately… Isn’t it strange how – in the fitness industry - what is considered “unacceptable” to say in any other walk of life suddenly becomes “acceptable” to those involved in fitness?
Don’t get me wrong – I like getting compliments but sometimes people can go a bit far as to what is appropriate or “gym talk” and what is downright out of place and rude.
I (and most likely all of you) have gotten comments such as “Where’s your fat?” where he proceeded to pinch my arm and say “You can see the veins in your back. That’s f***ing mad” – a comment I did
not take well at all. I’ve also gotten “Why don’t you have a 6-pack – do you not train abs?” and “You don’t want to get too big – you’ll look like a man” and then of course… “You should bench more –you might grow boobs”
Yep. All true. And these people said these things most likely meaning absolutely no harm and not intended to be offended or rude. But I mean…come on. These are not comments you should make to people DESPITE the fact we all work hard on our strength and muscle mass or “bodybuilding”.
Let’s all remember that just because we are in a different environment (ie. A gym and not a pub) doesn’t mean that all manners get thrown out the window.
Be nice. Be complimentary, sure! But don’t be a dope.
Don’t imply a negative comment and hide it as a positive.
Be a nice damned person and get on with it 👌♥️
Back when I was leaner than a slice of turkey🙇🏽.
The cold hard truth about being silly lean is you only look good for an hour a day whilst you have a pump in the gym under the best lighting🙌🏽
The other 23hours you look like you do not lift😩.

#transformationtuesday looking through old pictures earlier and reminiscing on my slightly younger years(where I thought it was a good idea to cut my own hair, wear jeans far too big for me and buy ridiculously patterned shirts...actually that last one I still do occasionally now 😂)!!
The photo on the left was taken when on my 21st trip to Amsterdam well before I stepped foot in a gym. I was literally skin and bones with nothing to me, I always thought I’d just be that little guy. Flash forward to the photo on the right taken at the weekend. Having joined a gym approx 6 years ago it’s only the last 9-12 months I’ve taken it fully seriously with a healthy lifestyle and actually training with a plan and a motivation to push harder and get stronger! It doesn’t half show what a little hard work can achieve...if I can do it anyone can 🙋🏽♂️💪🏼
Top upper back exercise 🙌🏼 Also it hammers the rear delts which is a weak point for the general lifter🏋️. So throw these into your current routine to get that thick upper back and rounder shoulders 🤙🏼 📹- @robbie4456
I had some serious craving for something sweet like chocolate and biscuits after my dinner. Instead I had two scoops of ginger bread latte whey protein with whole milk and that stuff tastes amazing and ended my cravings 😋 👌🏼 😍 ♥ 👍🏼 #bulkpowders#proteinshakes#gains
