Tonight's meal was perfect 👌🏽 A giant bowl filled with Farmer's Market Seasonal, Wild & Organic Vegetables topped with amazing fats & some Local Grassfed Ribeye topped with Grassfed Buffalo Butter! Yumm! Happy Belly!
Sauteed local wild Morels, Goosetongue & Sea Beans from @foragedandfoundedibles + Collard Greens, Arugula, Garlic Scapes & English Sweet Peas from @seattlefarmersmkts. Served on top of organic red lettuce, topped with Radishes & Fresh Turmeric, Rhubarb & Edible Flowers from @tonnemakers, and @nutiva Hemp Seeds & Oil! I added a touch of @primalkitchenfoods Ranch Dressing to add some creaminess & a bit of sour flavor, @bulletproof XCT oil, mustard seed powder, @redmondrealsalt, a touch of maple syrup, toasted sesame oil, fermented lemon peel, and coconut aminos. So good!!

From the age of 16 I was crippled by a near-fatal diagnosis of Anorexia Nervosa and after four years of medical treatment and facilities, I sought holistic healing with dr @damiankristof @carly_gallagher_lifessential and overhauled my life.
I re-programmed myself to eat like an athlete, train like an athlete, think like a multi-billionaire and see Optimal Human Performance as my ultimate goal.
I gained 16 kilos in 6 months. And kept in on. And moved to Bali.
I became an Epigenetic Human Potential Coach at the Apeiron Academy in the U.S. I became a marathon runner. And a crossfit athlete. I saved a Bali dog.

Take me back to the place I once called home, #NewZealand 🇳🇿 Kaiteriteri Beach is still one of my most favorite places on Earth. Granted, I still have a lot of traveling to do, but it's a little slice of heaven... as you can easily see. 🌊☀️
