Quem me acompanha no Instagram Stories, já!rsrs Popularizada por Dave Asprey, um investidor do Vale do Silício (EUA), ele conheceu a receita durante uma visita pelo Oriente, em que o consumo de bebidas feitas com café, manteiga e outras formas de gorduras tem sido realizado há séculos.

Para ser mais exato, durante sua viagem ao Tibete, Dave provou uma bebida feita com chá e manteiga de iaque (animal típico da região) e se maravilhou ao sentir mais saciedade, disposição e criatividade. Assim, criou sua própria versão, que faz parte da "The Bulletproof diet", descrita em seu livro de mesmo nome, uma dieta rica em gorduras e pobre em carboidratos, aliada ao consumo do "bulletproof coffee". Mas, do que se trata, afinal, essa bebida? Bem, ela aumenta a saciedade, reduzindo a fome, ao mesmo tempo em que aumenta o foco e a performance. Por ser termogênico, o café também auxilia na queima de gordura corporal e é um estimulante natural. Já o óleo de coco oferece energia por meio de sua fonte de TCM (triglicerídeo de cadeia media), um tipo de gordura de rápida disponibilização. this is something I personally have only ever asked myself very few times..
& as I sat here & thought about it the other day I realized how crucial it is to comprehend WHY you are doing it.
why you are finding yourself in the gym day in and day out.
or maybe in your case it's why you're stressing about not being in the gym consistently.
I initially started working out 5 years ago after I found out that not playing a sport meant you had to stay in shape on your own.
except it quickly transformed from simply wanting to "be in shape" to wanting to LOOK good.
notice that I didn't say feeeel good.
I wanted to LOOK good, so that I could FEEL good about it.
I started chasing the vision of looking good.
I chased a 6 pack.
bigger glutes.
more muscle.
no love handles.
it was an endless pursuit.
it wasn't endless because those things couldn't be obtained.
it was endless because I wanted to live my life as fully as I possibly could & be as spotaneous as possible while reaching those things. 
I love cafes.
eating a piece of pizza in fuzzy socks with my best friends.
eating my fam's spaghetti when I go home.
I didn't want to stop anyyy of that.. but I did for so long because all I cared about was looking good.
& then one day I realized you can fucking have it ALL.
you can hit those physical goals
WHILE living your life
by simply focusing on FEELING as best as possible.
here's a secret..
the better you FEEL, the better the inside of your body is.
if you chase feeling good, you look good on the outside inevitably because the inside of you is healthy.
sure, years of working out will always pay off more & that's why I have more muscle and look more toned than some of you reading this.
but I GOT HERE by living my life and fueling from the inside out. 
and trust me when I say that you don't know how GOOD you feel until you feel even better. 
so many of my clients have come to me saying "wow, how did I go through life for so long not feeling 👇🏼

Celeriac Mash.. Oh my goodness who would have thought I would really really really love this (thanks @dropstonezwithlola for the inspiration)

It was so creamy, delicious and so simple to make. Thanks to my stick blender, it was quick to mash up. Absolutely loved this even though I was worried at first it might taste and smell like celery which I am not a fan of. Fantastic dinner. 
Paired with a delicious Ribeye steak and a pork belly and a creamy sauce made by pouring some double cream into the meat juices left from cooking the steak

Fat is the most important and least inflammatory macronutrient, and on the Bulletproof Diet, 50 to 70 percent of your daily calories should come from the right kinds of fats.
A delicious plant source of monounsaturated fat, the avocado is technically a fruit, but its nutrient content makes it far more similar to a vegetable. It’s one of the most Bulletproof foods you can eat. The only downside to avocados is that they’re high in inflammatory omega-6 fatty acids, so if you eat a lot of them you should up your intake of omega-3s. The good news is that the omega-6 fats in avocados aren’t oxidized and are solvent-free and intact, so your body can use them. If you make sure that at least half of your fat comes from saturated fat, a couple of avocados a day are fine. Just don’t cook them!

Body check time ! Haven’t done this quite a long . So this is me before and after 1 month, didn’t realize I actually changed a lot in a month. I am in India right now , travelled a lot and fall in sick but could maintain my body figure somehow. Right now I am not following any diet method but avoiding carbs is helping me pretty well. I do take carbs as there are certain cells in our body which only response to carbs and we need to balance well with all the functions of the body but intake amount of each nutrition is so very important . Remember, carbs don’t mean only grains and potatoes etc. Certain kinds of fruits and veggies also includes quite a lot of carbs . All you need to know is right information & knowledge of food and consistency! 
When I fall in sick I was taking lots of honey ginger and lemons. Cause of ginger, I sweat a lot and lemons helped my vitamin C. Also even when I didn’t feel like eating, I ate. I ate whatever I felt like eating and that naturally fed me less proteins and more carbs. Like oats , apples , bananas , carrots juice etc .
My fitness goal is still so far..... let’s not give up :) .

久しぶりにボディチェック!数えたら1ヶ月経っていて、ちょうどよかった、そして自分でもあまり意識してなかったけど、結構変わってた🙀🙌

今の食トレは特定のミールプランに従ってません。この間旅行もしてるし風邪で寝込んでるし、規則的な食事をするのは無理でした。でも意識的に良いものを選んだり、現地の食事法を調べたり、色々試行錯誤してなんとか体型維持出来てるみたいです。糖質は意識的に食べるけど、量や質は調節してます。経験上、糖質はある程度食べないと、糖質への吸収機能が弱まって太るのと、極端なタンパク質脂質だけの食事はお腹が驚いて腹痛を起こしがち。

あと風邪ひいた時はサプリは一切やめて、とにかく生姜はちみつレモンの繰り返し。意識的に人参ジュースやオートミールなど栄養価高い糖質取ってたかな。おかげでなんかデトックスされた感ある。

まだまだ全然目標から程遠いけどこれからも頑張りたいと思います。
