We could eat this every day too, @thebetteredblondie! 🥪💯 #MyTRIBALI
#Repost : I’m going to make these burgers again today, because they were insanely delicious! For the sweet potato bun, I just sliced a sweet potato into rounds and broiled on high for about 7 minutes on each side 😻 I used an @tribalifoods burger patty because they are packed with flavor and @whole30 compliant 🙌 and that beautiful chipotle lime mayo dripping down the side is from @primalkitchenfoods 💚 I could eat this for every meal 😋 #JanuaryWhole30
I definitely remember typing the below information but it never connected to 3 post ago.
Found this recipe on YouTube from Divas Can Cook easy juicy turkey burgers we prefer beef and my cousin messed up the recipe the first time he accidentally spilt and put too much liquid smoke in but it tasted amazing. So the only things we change is add more Liquid Smoke, reduce the parsley and use crushed pork rinds instead of breadcrumbs. This time I choose to do Boston bibb lettuce instead of a bun next time I'm trying my hand at making Keto buns.
Two post back had better picture of the roasted radishes which I prefer thinly sliced more like chips or crisps. The seasonings we did salt and pepper, paprika and turmeric with a bit of garlic powder. This way toss them and Olive oil season them and put them in a 400-degree oven on a cookie sheet and just shake the cookie sheet every 10 minutes takes about 25 to 45 minutes depending on how big chunks are. For the chips/crisps it's the same temperature same method just cooked until just golden and crisp. And remove them to a paper towel to crisp up even more as they cool.
We also had egg salad that another cousin made and the only thing I added to it was a tiny bit of Old Bay seasoning. It was kind of like salt but better.
If you’re like me and absolutely love burgers, then check this recipe out! •450 g lean ground turkey •1 egg • 1/2 diced onion • 2 cloves garlic • handful chopped coriander • 2 tsp paprika • 1 tsp ground cumin
Mix it all together and make the patties, I usually make 5 patties with this recipe. Throw them on the grill or pop em’ in the oven!
Skip the bun and sub with lettuce! We topped ours with avocado, spinach, tomatoes and onions!

It’s difficult to be good when faced with the delicious options. So I went for a cheese burger (without the bun), chicken and chips with some mayo on the side (full fat unfortunately). No idea on syns, but this will be my lot for today!
On Saturdays we have 🍔’s just without the bun! @slimmingworld burger in a bowl. I have only eaten bread once since January, do I miss it? Hell no! The one time I ate it my belly bloated so bad. (slimming world syn free coleslaw too, I’ll put the recipe up soon!)
Super yummy meal this evening. Succulent smokey grass-fed bunless burgers with sweet potato fries. To give the burgers their delicious smokey flavour I’ve added some Stubbs Hickory Liquid Smoke & some smoked paprika. What have you had to eat for dinner this evening? 😊🤔
On lazy/chilled/study Saturdays, I make burgers. This one is hiding gherkins and mushrooms fried in butter, about to be topped with English mustard and sat in mini gem lettuce - accompanied by avocado, a hard boiled egg, lettuce, red cabbage, cucumber, celery and leftover meatballs from earlier in the week. Yum! 👌🏼
