@ioana_fit It was never easy and it’s not going to be. Changing yourself in and out is painful and it takes time, you have to work on it every single day.
How do I keep motivated? I watch motivational videos, I surround myself with like minded people, every time when I feel down I spend some time with myself and analyse what’s going on instead of living in denial.
The most important change is how I feel now. I stopped blaming everyone else for my problems and I take action when something goes wrong.
I have lipoedema and have to work really hard to keep things under control. That’s why I really want you to look after your health 🙏🏻. 💯to get from the left to the right I needed some sort of plan. I didn't expect that I would be cutting every couple of months and make the desired progress I wanted
📚I recommend taking a year minimum of growing before thinking about going on an extended cut. During that year there may be mini cuts if weight gain is too quick
💪muscle is developed during the "off season" when you take time away from cutting and set aside the thought of competing
✅set a small surplus 200-300 calories daily and alongside smart progressive styled training , muscle will grow over the months and years
🙌time frame between these photos was 3 years and I spent 2 of them in a surplus all the way through
This was the summer I loved the most. My delts rested like ornate snow globes atop my shredded core. The gains were plentiful & the vascularity ran thick & rivaled the Great King Leonidas (RIP) leading the brave 300 into battle! This was the summer I loved the most!
Yesterday’s workout was sub par to say the least. Real low energy and just wanted to get outta the gym. Shit happens. Sometimes no matter how hard I try I just can’t hype myself up. Did achieve a slight pump due to BFR extensions to finish.
Rest day today which will just consist of some light cardio 👌🏻

Find Time For Exercise! This is a must! If you can’t get to the gym try walking 30 minutes a day. Take the stairs park far away when you go the grocery store.

The farmer’s walk might be my favorite exercise of all time. If weakness is the disease… The farmer’s walk will cure it. Here’s the thing: it should be really hard... We’re not walking through the park doing some casual bird-sighting with grandma 👵🏻 We’re carrying uncomfortably heavy things and walking with them.
👉🏻 The instructions are simple enough: pick heavy stuff up and walk with it. Problem is, I often see the temptation to adopt a head forward/rounded shoulder posture. The key to the farmer’s carry isn’t in the walking… It’s in HOW you walk with the weight.
🚫 Walking like the hunchback of notre dame places unnecessary stress on the neck, upper body, and joints. The LAST thing we want is to reinforce a slumped posture with a pair of heavy weights dragging us down. The other thing I see is walking with wayyy too fast of a pace, which takes away the need to fight the small oscillations that require the body to recruit muscles that will stabilize the load.
💡 The solution: keep yourself honest with the addition of some small hurdles. This way, you can’t speed through it, you can’t waddle, and you have no choice but to walk with the correct movement pattern. This way, we’re forced to maintain a stable, neutral pelvis and lower back. Plus, it forces more of a unilateral stance… Which we all know and love.
💰 Boost strength, improve performance, pack on muscle, strengthen the core, burn fat, build grip strength, improve posture, and bulletproof the body against injury. All in one. Good enough for me ✔️
